Service fluctuate heavily at this location. Last time I went, the food was great but the guy taking orders wasn’t listening and didnt put my order in right, so instead of a combo i was just given a sandwhich and a drink. Wasnt charged for a combo, but very irritating that he couldnt pay attention. And because they were out of large lids but not large cups, they couldnt give us large cups either? Im sure there’s reasoning for it, but it always feels like Burger King, at least this location, is hanging on by a thread.

My husband ordered food late at night and asked the woman to hold on so he could grab her change to make it easier to give him money back. She ripped the $20 from him and gave him the change back instead of waiting. Not really a big deal but it’s ridiculous to RIP the money out of his hands… I understand being alone at work and/or frustrated, however good service can make your job a lot less miserable!!

The staff, and especially the manager of this location is hands down fantastic. They go above and beyond and give exceptional service. She is so kind, and committed to making sure everything is exactly right. Please give this woman a raise, lord knows she deserves it!

Great place! I’ve never been disappointed at this Burger King. It’s always clean and the food is great. This time is no different. I decided to try the new double brew house burger and I was pleased. Burger was great and cooked perfectly and the fries were awesome as well.

Ordered the limited time ghost pepper chicken fries going through the drive-thru when there were no other customers at the site, yet they miraculously found out a way to mess up the simple order by sending us away with a normal batch of chicken fries. Sad.

The lady who took my order and passed out my food was very sweet and had a smile the whole time, I really do appreciate that sort of thing and it did make the experience better. Little stuff like that goes a long way. Kudos to whoever she was❤️
