I had never been to this Harold’s location.I chose this location because it had a drive-through. I called ahead to make sure my order would be ready when I arrived. However, when I arrived, my food was not ready. Smh. To make matters worse, they called to tell me to come inside to get my order because they had customers. I guess my order didn’t matter. I got barbecue chicken with sauce. I actually paid $1.66 extra for 2 extra sauce containers just to get home and have NO sauce on my chicken. The chicken was so dark as if fried in old grease. I will never go there again.

am so glad this location opened up—it’s great to have them relatively close! While the wait for food can be longer than at some of the less desirable spots nearby, the quality makes it well worth it. The chicken is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s definitely a Southwest Side gem!

This is my favorite spot- it’s clean and everything is super fresh. Inside is super clean. I usually call ahead to order and it’s ready within 15-20 minutes. Small/shared parking lot, but what I love about this spot is it has a DRIVE THRU so I can pull up when the food is ready! Kayla is super friendly and professional. Always coming here!!

Dec.5 2025 I’ve been patronizing this place ever since it’s been open. I deleted my five star. I come there once or twice a week after work phone order person is rude and this is not the first time. I ordered a 10 wing with light sauce chicken was not freshly cooked and old fries with just a few drops of barbecue sauce on it. Will not be patronizing anymore.

I believe the worker’s name is Kendal. Bad attitude and lack of ears. I was charged THREE TIMES for a 4 wing dinner. Over the phone, I specified multiple times that I wanted 2 orders of 4 wing dinners. I get to the drive-thru just for Kendal to look confused when I asked where my other 4 wing dinner was. So I was asked to pay again and wait. I get home and see I was charged 3 times. The first time was correct. A 4 wing dinner costed me $11.33. How do you look at someone’s total being $22.66 for one order of 4 wings?? Are you insane??

We experienced poor customer service. Cashier was very rude both over the phone and in person. We placed our order by phone but still had to wait about 20 minutes after arriving to pick it up. I had requested extra sauce, but there was barely any on my food. When I asked for more, the employee insisted it was already in the bag — however, there was no sauce in the bag at all. This was disappointing and not the level of service we expected.

The food was fresh. You have to ask for cold slaw. I could not give a higher score because they have a washroom but paying customers can not use it. I believe it was the owner who sits by the front door. He laughed when the request was made to use the bathroom.
