I have visited this Starbucks location multiple times as a delivery driver this week, and the service has been consistently unacceptable. Staff have ignored me, delayed handing over orders, and shown no regard for delivery drivers who are essential to fulfilling customer orders. This behavior is completely unprofessional and must be addressed immediately. Management needs to take responsibility and ensure all drivers are treated with basic respect, or it reflects poorly on the store and the brand as a whole.

This is the only stand-alone Starbucks in Maple valley I would go to. All of the others seem to have issues with extra cold foam. And making drinks properly in general. I wish I would have warned this long ago but for some reason this store has it together. It’s a lot of money to spend for a coffee so you want it to be right the store seems to have the correct Management in place and it’s where you could get a good cup of coffee or at least the one you’d expect from Starbucks.

Food is handled with bare hands then back to the register. They hire those that aren’t qualified to work at McDonalds, let alone a supposed upscale coffee shop. Kids hiring Kids!! Constantly new faces that don’t stay for long. Drink quality is VERY hit or miss. All over terrible experiences at this location

This is my almost daily Starbucks place, I go anywhere from twice to four times a week and I’ve never had any issues. Even during morning rush, the workers do everything they can to keep the drive thru going as well and the mobile/walk in orders. Baristas are always so friendly and lively, which means a lot on slow mornings.

We’re visiting from Houston for the week and we’re so excited to find this spot has a Clover machine — seriously, not many places still have one in H’town! So, it became our routine, I love how crisp and fresh the coffee tastes, and it’s awesome being able to get a dark roast any time of day, not just in the morning. Would’ve loved to see Sumatra too, but Verona hit the spot too!
Also, shoutout to the super sweet lady at the front (she mentioned she moved from Dallas) — so polite and welcoming. That alone made it a 5-star experience. Thanks for making our visit a great one!

I got one Jalapeño Chicken pocket and my partner got the falafel. He’s been vegan for 8 years. For some reason the labels on the bags did not match what was inside and he accidentally took a bite out of the chicken pocket. Clearly labeled as the Vegan Falafel. Please please PLEASE be more aware of this. That’s insane to mix that kind of thing up.

Great Starbucks in the middle of Maple Valley, it was fast and not overly busy, the staff was exceptionally nice! This is particularly a good Starbucks for a non formal business meeting or studying. No complaints!
