It’s Burger King. Coffee is hot. Food will fend off starvation. Probably not the best choice but it works in a pinch.

First of all for a drive and I had ordered two dinners and an Oreo shake and they had to bring it out while I wait in the parking lot they forgot it was not in the bag had to drive all the way back again. They were sorry

The chicken salad supposedly had a mix of “”Crisp green Romain Greenleaf and Massadio lettuce”” and it was nothing but cheap iceberg lettuce.

I also had ordered an Italian chicken sandwich which is on the web pages and on the menu at the drive up but apparently discontinued

Watched them drop uncooked chicken in the fryer without changing gloves, and then immediately make sandwiches and salads. Bought a 4 dollar soda that was solid soda water with no syrup. Drove back 10 minutes later. Got laughed at by the toddler in the window when I asked for a new one as she said “yeah we just changed it. Hahahahahahha” yeah… it’s hilarious. I didn’t want what I paid for… why would I?
Everytime I go here I always say I’m never going back. This time I’m for sure. One of the managers looks like he’s there against his will. Doesn’t give advertised discounts unless specifically asked for them. And never gives sauce with nuggets. If you hate your job give it to someone else that cares about more than just a paycheck.
And start enforcing health safety. Have them change their gloves, have them wear beard nets. Have anyone at all do their job please. It may not matter to you. But some of us actually work hard for our money.

I asked for no mayo on my sandwich, for allergy reasons. I watched the guy put mayo on my sandwich and then scrape it off. When I asked about it I got snapped at by the kid running the drive through THAT THERE WAS NO MAYO ON MY SANDWICH. So I wasted 9 dollars on a sandwich I can’t eat.

Most customers are using the drive thru however, I do both in and then take out. Unfortunately, the burgers are only slightly warm and not hot as, I think they’re only microwaving the burger meat itself and by the time I eat inside too, frequently, it’s become cold by the time I get my drink and sit down. As, I’m sure everyone can microwave the burgers at home this doesn’t present a big problem for take out customers who appear to be driving home after work. When the burgers are hot the charbroiled flavor is more distinct and eating only warm to cold burgers isn’t the same as hot ones.

Conveniently located for a quick stop. Service is friendly enough; they just always make me wait in the parking lot for them to bring my food out. Kinda defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Staff has forgotten and item or two from time to time. Not bad.

It use to be you order and drive around to the window and pay. NOW you go to the window and pay and they tell you to drive around to the parking lot and wait till they bring it and you wait. and it’s not even busy. it’s all the time like this. wth. why bother nothing fast it. the guy said it’s their policy. no it’s not no other Burger King does this

Normally I don’t have a problem with this location. I have always had wonderful service. I stopped at 930 at night to get something to eat after working a 12 hour shift and as I was walking to the door it was locked. At first I didn’t think anything of it till I looked at the hours posted on the door. Dinning room open till 10 and drive thru till 11. I was going to purchase probably close to $50 worth of food. But this location won’t be getting much business from me anymore.

Slow service, but the food was hot when we got it. They sent every car from the drive thru to park out front, then brought the food to is there. The problem was, they didn’t know which food went to which car when they brought it out, so the employee had to ask each vehicle what they ordered. Not exactly an efficient process. Would have been much faster, I’m sure, if they just operated like every other drive thru in the world.
