This Japanese restaurant recently opened, so we went there. Is the owner Korean? We ordered Tonkotsu ramen, sushi, and other dishes. The quality of the Tonkotsu ramen and sushi was not satisfactory. They spent a lot of money on the interior design, so the quality of the food did not match the price. I hope they improve. There was a woman who seemed to be the proprietress, but she didn’t say anything when we left.

Delicious Japanese food! The katsu and curry tasted good: 8/10 (better than most we tried here in the area). Soup and condiments are also tasty. A great option if you’re craving Japanese cuisine. Service is good too, and they assist customers in the parking area.

10/10

The Best Japanese-Korean Resto here in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Sashimi Salmon is exceptionally fresh, with a silky texture that melts on your tongue. ‍ Each slice delivers pure, clean flavors that showcase the quality of the fish as simple, elegant, and unforgettable.

Dragon Roll is rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. It’s just WOW.

Trying the Chicken Wing Gyoza for the first time was a surprising and memorable experience. The grilled flavor adds a smoky depth, while the tender, juicy texture makes each bite unexpectedly satisfying. A unique dish that leaves a lasting impression. 100/10

Yukgaejang is a comfort food. The deep, spicy broth warms you instantly, with layers of flavor that unfold with each spoonful.

The overall experience was unforgettable, from the warm, welcoming owner and friendly staff to the flavorful, satisfying dishes. Every detail made it feel special, and the quality of the food, paired with the genuine hospitality, is more than enough to keep you coming back.

That’s why this is MY best Japanese-Korean Resto here! ❤️

Perfect 5 for the authenticity of this Restaurant!

They serve fresh sashimi.
They make their own noodles.
They give complementary veggies with their own special sauce.

Food tastes authentic-with fair prices as well.. Their food is just giving!

Very friendly staff and the owners (couple) are very accommodating

A must try place.

Oh did I say their food was great?

Loved the food and decor. It’s what a Japanese resto should look like. Plenty of room in between tables with a nice partition for privacy. Doesn’t feel like a foodhall like all the other restos. Just nice and casual without the pretentiousness. Reasonable prices that measured up to the quality served.

Sashimi was good. Bento’s were generous. Rolls were decent. Salad could be improved with better lettuce quality like a Frisee lettuce. The dimsum was surprisingly great and the potato-beef croquette was delicious.

Service staff was attentive and hospitable. Great place!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful restaurant where I enjoyed a bowl of exceptional Sapporo miso ramen, featuring rich broth and tender noodles. I also had a selection of four types of sashimi—tuna, salmon, squid, and another fish—which were incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. My wife ordered the tonkatsu pork, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The atmosphere was inviting and the crew were attentive and helpful, making for an overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for its high-quality food and excellent service.

My friends, a married couple, run this place—or rather, I’ve been coming here since they first opened in BGC, and they always treated me well, to the point where we felt like family for a while. When The Fort was forced to relocate, they moved to this city, Angeles.

If I had to describe this place in one word, it would be “honest.” They stay true to authentic Japanese flavors, and their pricing is fair. The restaurant itself is simple but clean.

My top recommendations are the Tonkatsu Bento, Nagasaki Champon, and Sukiyaki (they call it Gyudon as rice topping).

Great place to have a sashimi, fresh and portions are good size, fresh ginger and wasabi served (as shown on picture), unlimited scoop as much as you want.

We had lunch here on a Saturday and it was quiet.

Will be back soon…
