They weren’t extremely busy yet when we came in, but when we left around 2 pm, it was packed.
Our table was a bit dirty (No biggie), we cleaned it real quick. A solid 4 stars.
Food came out fairly quick. It was really good, this was our first time at this restaurant!
Staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, definitely a place to came back again!
Inside my burger… the tomato was 2 of the Tiniest slices of Roma tomatoes..I asked for extra thinking maybe I got some one off tiny slice…but nope… they all were TINY. The lettuce in all 3 of the burgers in my order were completely wilted and soggy…that was a disappointment. Since there was no type of “crunch” in the burger…it just felt all mushy (which I guess goes with the Melt in your mouth theme).
The fries were good…nothing to complain about..it reminds me exactly of Del Taco fries.
The breading on the chicken bites were delicious. And the HIGHLIGHT of my meal was the Frozen Hot Chocolate Shake. Chefs kiss!
The Service here was just “So-so”. I’m not sure if it was just an off night or what but no one seemed to care that much. The staff seemed bothered when I asked for assistance or extra anything. They didn’t bother cleaning up empty dirty tables. The table next to me stayed dirty for almost 15 minutes even though there were lots of people waiting for a table in the restaurant. There was someone walking around and “cleaning” but instead of cleaning the dirty tables that new customers waiting to sit at..they kept walking around LOOKING for stuff to sweep off the floor and constantly wiping down the trash can area. It was sorta weird. They would walk right by the dirty table…look at it and then walk away to clean anything but that table.
Overall, this is not a bad place to go if you want a quick bite. It is yummy but definitely can be better( in my PERSONAL OPINION).
The service was fast but nothing special and the atmosphere is very typical.
Shake Shack also has two self-service kiosks that allow customers to order and pay for their food and it’s awesome!
The self-service kiosks are easy to use and they offer the same menu options as the regular registers. You can order a variety of burgers, fries, shakes, and other items. You can also customize your order by adding or removing toppings.
Once you have placed your order, you will be given a number. Your food will be ready when your number is called. You can then pick up your food and enjoy your meal.
We think the self-service kiosks are a great addition to Shake Shack Irvine Spectrum Center. They make it easy and convenient for customers to order their food, and they help to keep the lines moving. We highly recommend using them if you are ever in the area.
But what really sets Shake Shack apart is the atmosphere. It’s a fun and lively place to eat, with a great outdoor patio. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.
We highly recommend Shake Shack Irvine Spectrum Center to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.
