Gotcha, let’s make it more like just some guy who loves burgers. Ate at Shape Shark in Irvine Spectrum today, and it was awesome. The burgers are super juicy, especially the classic shark burger-love the sauce. Shakes, like the Oreo one, are crazy good and creamy. Staff’s nice, place feels relaxed. Didn’t break the bank either. I’ll be back for sure!

First time but it will be the last time! 40 minutes waiting time for “Fast food” is insane! I only ordered one big shack burger. It was messy and sloppy burger…look at the pictures! Big shack meat is very dry and actually no taste at all if without the cheese. Restaurant inside is like a mad house or battle zone! Kitchen staff were constantly screaming names and it was overcrowded. Staff kept telling incoming customers waiting time will be 40 to 45 minutes. Price is reasonable but not worth it.

Party of four on a Saturday around 1 pm. Inside and outside seating available. You can also order your food at the cashier or at the 5 or 6 tablets that they have available as soon as you enter.

They weren’t extremely busy yet when we came in, but when we left around 2 pm, it was packed.

Our table was a bit dirty (No biggie), we cleaned it real quick. A solid 4 stars.

Food came out fairly quick. It was really good, this was our first time at this restaurant!

Staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, definitely a place to came back again!

Shake Shack at Irvine Spectrum never disappoints! The burger was absolutely one of the best I’ve had—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The customer service was great too—friendly and efficient. It was super easy to place an order, and everything came out quickly. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which makes it a great spot whether you’re dining solo or with friends. Highly recommend if you’re craving a high-quality burger in a chill atmosphere!

Went once out of curiosity, not going back. Not impressed with the bacon cheese fries the cheese sauce was like generic out of a can cheese sauce not flavorful. It’s basically a smash hamburger patty on a Hawaiian bread bun not huge, size like in n out. The hamburger patty was flavorful but the rest of the ingredients were poor freshness. The tiny piece of limp lettuce had a bad spot on it. The very small very thin slice of tomato was limp just kinda tossed in there in a hurry. Very overpriced. A 10-dollar hamburger needs to be really good. A burger fries and drink will cost you $25. Poorly managed location, no quality control.

Was trying to enjoy a nice post movie meal but I guess Shake Shack doesn’t believe in hair nets or cleanliness? I don’t normally post reviews but this was honestly so nasty that I’m never going back. Hair FRIED into my chicken. And it wasn’t a short hair either. Ruined my night and now I want to throw up. Thanks Shake Shack.

The hype on this place is a bit much. Do not get me wrong, the food tastes fine. But I feel like it could be better. The first time I had this place was about 1 year ago and tonight was my 2nd time. I love the softness of the bun..the melt in your mouth sensation is great from the burger, but it really felt like it was missing something and I honestly cannot put my finger on it. Maybe onion? Maybe more lettuce, or a bigger tomato?? I don’t know.
Inside my burger… the tomato was 2 of the Tiniest slices of Roma tomatoes..I asked for extra thinking maybe I got some one off tiny slice…but nope… they all were TINY. The lettuce in all 3 of the burgers in my order were completely wilted and soggy…that was a disappointment. Since there was no type of “crunch” in the burger…it just felt all mushy (which I guess goes with the Melt in your mouth theme).
The fries were good…nothing to complain about..it reminds me exactly of Del Taco fries.
The breading on the chicken bites were delicious. And the HIGHLIGHT of my meal was the Frozen Hot Chocolate Shake. Chefs kiss!
The Service here was just “So-so”. I’m not sure if it was just an off night or what but no one seemed to care that much. The staff seemed bothered when I asked for assistance or extra anything. They didn’t bother cleaning up empty dirty tables. The table next to me stayed dirty for almost 15 minutes even though there were lots of people waiting for a table in the restaurant. There was someone walking around and “cleaning” but instead of cleaning the dirty tables that new customers waiting to sit at..they kept walking around LOOKING for stuff to sweep off the floor and constantly wiping down the trash can area. It was sorta weird. They would walk right by the dirty table…look at it and then walk away to clean anything but that table.

Overall, this is not a bad place to go if you want a quick bite. It is yummy but definitely can be better( in my PERSONAL OPINION).

I went there to try their hot dogs and I really regret that. The food was very salty and greasy. People were screaming inside the restaurant but my order took like 5-9 minutes to get ready.

The sandwiches are very small. The food pictures shows a beautiful stacked big sandwich but then in reality you get a tiny squeezed looking sandwich. I got the shake shak burger and the taste was not bad. My wife ordered the chicken one and it was greesy.
The service was fast but nothing special and the atmosphere is very typical.

We’ve been to a lot of burger joints in our time, but Shake Shack is one of our favorites. The burgers are always juicy and flavorful, the fries are perfectly crispy, and the milkshakes are thick and creamy. We also love the fact that Shake Shack uses only the freshest ingredients.

Shake Shack also has two self-service kiosks that allow customers to order and pay for their food and it’s awesome!

The self-service kiosks are easy to use and they offer the same menu options as the regular registers. You can order a variety of burgers, fries, shakes, and other items. You can also customize your order by adding or removing toppings.

Once you have placed your order, you will be given a number. Your food will be ready when your number is called. You can then pick up your food and enjoy your meal.

We think the self-service kiosks are a great addition to Shake Shack Irvine Spectrum Center. They make it easy and convenient for customers to order their food, and they help to keep the lines moving. We highly recommend using them if you are ever in the area.

But what really sets Shake Shack apart is the atmosphere. It’s a fun and lively place to eat, with a great outdoor patio. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

We highly recommend Shake Shack Irvine Spectrum Center to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.
