Visiting from Columbus OH, my family and I stopped here as it’s a family go to at home and fits into our plant based (vegan) lifestyle. We had a pleasant experience with the customer service and atmosphere. Jack was very welcoming and handled our rather large order with ease and speed. We had 3 smoothies, 2 avocado toast and one oatmeal bowl. Only critique I have is the oatmeal was slightly more watery than I’m used to. Anthony the owner stopped in during our stay and witness the praise I gave Jack. Clean and well kept. I hope our 2 littles didn’t cause too much a ruckus

Pure Green Juice & Smoothies in Chicago is a great spot for fresh, high-quality options. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the music created a really positive vibe. I needed a place to charge my phone and get something to drink and this place was perfect! Everyone inside was so nice and they made great recommendations! I tried the pure green smoothie with extra coconut shavings on top, it was delicious!!! Definitely will be returning when I’m in the area to support and get yummy drinks.

I have been here a few times already that included their grand opening and I have to say that this place was like an actual gift. If you want to stay clear of food or drinks that are laced with preservatives, this is the place to go. Your body will leave feeling like it had taken in something good. If you want any suggestions, I would recommend The Golden Girl cold pressed juice. Great energy when you have a busy day ahead of you.

The smoothies are great! So far, I particularly like the chocolate mousse, and the pure green. Also love the bowls- I especially like the premium bowls – collagen berry and pure protein, as well as the smaller bowlmixed berry acai. Didn’t love the coconut chia açaí but it was still good.
Their juices are great too- I really like the golden girl, soul kick, and Grape Hydr8. The Coconut hydrate was ok too. Really nice staff and I feel good about their menu items because = healthy. They’ve got little shots too, but at 4.25 you might as well get the juice version first double the price but 4 x as much!
It’s really nice that it is walking distance from my house and across the street from club Pilates where I am a couple times a week. Getting expensive though…
Note that the service is slow-ish but that is because they are making your bowls and smoothies made to order and cutting fruit realtime for the various menus items. It may take 5-10 minutes for your smoothie to be ready.
They also have juice cleanses if you are in to that. I haven’t tried any of them yet.

Overall this place was good. Good atmosphere, quick service, and the smoothie I got was decent. Until I had to pay. My smoothie was 15 dollars plus tax, coming to a total of 16.45. That’s ridiculous. I’m a student who can’t afford that expensive of a drink that’s of average size, and I am 99% sure they don’t advertise prices on the wall when you walk in. Absolutely will not be returning.

The young bi racial slimmer lady who wears glasses provides less than stellar customer service. She’s very off putting and doesn’t have respect of customers. Such as saying thank you or have a nice day etc. Just very rude as though something is personally wrong with her. However, the menu items are good but extremely expensive.
