I ordered a pizza, pepperoni stuffed crust. It came out the oven right when I arrived, and it was hot and fresh. They added this garlicky and a bit spicy seasoning called hot dust. It will fill you up, because their pizzas are reasonably sized. 5 stars, definitely coming back.

When my son (6) and i pulled up parked and got out, you could smell marijuana coming from the delivery drivers car (WHITE CAR) while another worker stood outside the car participating. (YES WE STAYED, WHAT WE WANTED TO EAT) Got inside, was greeted-ish. Made an order online to sit inside to eat. Went to counter to pay and it was like everyone had participated because noone knew how to find my order. Employees very short when asked about my drink. Was pointed to an unstocked cooler, so then she was more annoyed she had to get me one from back cooler. Just Unfriendly!! REMEMBER I DIDNT CHOOSE YOUR JOB!

I made an order on the app. Got my order. It had a fairly large bundle of hair. Right in the middle of a piece of pizza. I called the store to make a complaint which I don’t do very often, but as to the amount was vary large I decided to call. First person tells me they are having technical difficulties and I need to call back. I let her know I’m calling with a complaint and I need a manager. She says ok, and withing 10 seconds the line disconnects.
I immediately call back. As the new person starts “Thank you for calling pizza hut, will this be for carry out or deliv….” a new person interrupts with “How can I help you?”
I explain my problem, tell him I have a picture I can bring up to him. He says “no, would you like a refund?” I tell him yes because I can’t eat this. He then asks do I want a refund on just he pizza or the whole order? I tell him the whole order. He takes my number season it will take 2-3 days.
On day 4 I call back to let them know I still haven’t received my refunded. The gm I talked to was very polite and did her best. But after 30 mins of being on hold and being told my refund was going to be made I check my card and another 45$ was taken out. The only money that is set to be refunded was the money taken the day I called. I spent 30 mins with my card holder to make sure this was correct. I’m sorry to say I’ve now lost 45$ for food that was inedible.
Sad for how much I like Pizza Hut but I wont be ordering from them again.

It’s pizza hut. Ive always loved pizza hut. So I may be biased . The chicken wings were delicious and pizza was crispy and tasty. The staff was very friendly. Didn’t catch her name but she greated with a smile when I came in

It’s now been twice we’ve ordered delivery and received no delivery. We won’t be back as customers in store or delivery. Half an hour and an hour late and no courtesy call or anything else, we got tired of waiting and cancelled the order, a cold pizza just isn’t worth it. If drivers aren’t available a call, or even a note on the order page might be nice. We’ll be going elsewhere for pizza from now on.

On 07/26/25, I ordered a supreme pizza w/ hamburger as the only meat, received pizza in timely manner. Sat down to eat, it was a full supreme pizza.
Called the store and requested the pizza be remade. Again, requested a supreme pizza w/ hamburger as the only meat. Informed operator that I DO NOT eat pork. Again, pizza delivered in a timely manner and sat down to another full supreme pizza.
This review is for NON-PORK CONSUMERS, even if you inform this place of business that you DO NOT consume pork, they will serve you pork. $28 for a pork pizza that I didn’t order, twice. SHAME ON PIZZA HUT.

I’m so sick of these franchise locations not honoring promotions and coupons. They shouldn’t even be allowed to do this. It’s called false advertising and it’s illegal. Just cause they put at participating locations, stupid loophole.

When I walked in, I was not greeted all fine probably busy, I walked over and seen two people having a conversation and I said excuse me and was ignored so I sat and waited. Im sure the food is good but the costumer service is lacking. I’d say maybe they need more help seeing how empty it is in here. I’m not sure that’s a good suggestion. They may just need to be trained a little better in customer service. Just my opinion and my feelings were a little hurt by being completely ignored and a little frustrated I had to wait on an order that was supposed to already be ready.
