The food here is exceptional. It is way better than exceptional. The crew here care about their craft. They talk to the customers and see how everything was because they want everything to be great for everyone. It is a very comfortable environment and very family-friendly. We are going to become instant regulars as this place is too good not to frequent.

Sadly, I am disappointed in the food today.
We came a couple of weeks ago and sat down and ate. Service and food was amazing! I kid you not, it was the best pizza I have had in the NRV ever in my opinion. The sauce was delicious, the toppings were full, and the bread and crust was very light and doughy. That is how I personally prefer it. I also loved the Philly! Again, one of the best phillys I have had in the nrv. I actually think I ranked it first based on taste/price. We were raving out it at the restaurant and after to anyone that would listen. We haven’t stopped thinking about how good that pizza was since.
Today, we ordered a pizza for pickup. Same size we ordered last time, same toppings. However, this time it looked to not hardly have toppings. The most disappointing part was the crust. The first time we had it, the bread was light, airy, and doughy. This time it was flat and very common/basic (kind of like dominos crust/bread). The overall flavor was not quite as good but still okay.
I am hoping today was just a one off. I really truly thought I finally found the perfect pizza place after being in the nrv for 10 years, I was so happy. I hope the next time we get it it’s just as good as the first.

We live pretty far out in Riner and usually can’t get anything delivered, so we were so excited to see that Pizzana on Route 8 delivers to us! We ordered a pizza and a philly cheesesteak, and everything was excellent. The food had great flavor, arrived warm, and the portions were more than enough to fill us up. The prices were also very reasonable. We’re already looking forward to ordering again! Highly recommend giving them a try!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday around 12:30 p.m. There were no other customers. We didn’t know the routine, there were no signs about seating ourselves or wait to be seated, so we just stood there until someone came out of the kitchen.
Someone finally came out, the gentleman was very friendly and told us to sit wherever we like.
He brought us utensils and then came back to take our drink order.
It was a bit of a wait but he returned to take our food order.
My salad was very large, fresh & crispy, though arrived without dressing. I got up to find salad dressing and grated cheese for my husband. The gentleman noticed me looking and he retrieved the items we needed.
The cheese fries were on a larger plate then my salad was, but unfortunately, the fries were undercooked.
My husband’s pizza was not as good as his last experience. There was no flavor/seasoning to the pizza.
We were just disappointed, because our first meal we ordered and took home was absolutely delicious, but this visit did not fall into that category.
We had no idea how things work there, as no one explained anything.
The staff never checked on us after they delivered our food. We waited, but when no one came I got up again to see about a to go container for my salad. He saw me getting up and came over. I asked if we could please get a to go box. He brought the boxes, but didn’t say anything about our check.
We waited a little longer to see if he would bring us our check, but we gave up, got up and went to the counter. He was appreciative, we paid and left.
I know they’re a new establishment, and I got the impression they may also be new to the restaurant business as well, so my observations are only meant to be constructive criticism, because we’d sure like to see you guys succeed.
I have a little experience in the food industry, so there’s certain things I can’t help notice, it was part of my training.

Where is the seasoning? No salt in the garlic knots, puddle of oil in the bottom of the container. Pizza, greasy mess. Not crispy, no crunch, no soul, shame. We ordered an Oreo cheesecake to go. Measly little portion for $8, and there were two pieces of plastic in it. Complete disaster of an experience.

We had a surprise birthday party at Pizzana Rd8. There were 13 of us, adults, teens, and a toddler. However, our fantastic server Molly acted as though we were the easiest group she had ever served. She was attentive, kind, and hard working. The food was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers. We will be back!

Update: 11/24/2025 Had the Chicken over Rice again and the Lamb over rice. Better than last time even. Large portions (enough for two each). All ingredients are excellent. Price is great.

Placed a pick up order online, $84 worth, came to pick up, they had completely left out the fried mushrooms, had to go back in and wait for those to be made, the 20 wings we ordered had barely any sauce on them, ordered 2 ,12 inch cheese steak subs, one was a 6 inch instead, the meat was overcooked and the sub was cold, fries were soggy…I’m not usually one to complain but the food was definitely not worth the money!

I placed a delivery order and received cold food. The manager Dana had no interest in compensating for my past experience and was more interested in discrediting my story. Very rude and confrontational. they weren’t able to look up my order and verify that I placed the order a couple of weeks back. Even when I mentioned that I took a picture of the food the response was ;
“Hunny I can’t just take everyone’s word for everything”
If she listened to what I was saying I took a picture of the food and could prove it that I had in fact ordered the food, and received it cold.
