I wish I had a picture. I ordered the Angus steak slider and burger slider. It was the worst food I’ve had from a restaurant EVER!!! The steak was 2 strips of the hardest meat I’ve EVER had, barely any cheese. The burger was dry, stiff and flavorless worth a CORNER of cheese, a smidge of ketchup. This food tasted like an accident for sensor ship sake. This is the second time the delivery guy had to come back with the rest of the order. Seems like a nice guy but when the food is this it doesn’t matter. Please don’t order those items, please. I woke up with my everything hurting.

I ordered my food and 2.5+ hrs later, still NO FOOD! Every time I call they kept saying my order was on the way. The location isn’t anymore than 10 mins from my house. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First time ordering here. Ordered the rib tip w/fries and boneless wings w/fries combo and added breadsticks. Picked up the order, got home. We received traditional wings with fries and boneless wings with no fries. The only thing they got right was the breadsticks… Not ordering from this establishment again! Emailed them as soon as we got home. We shall see what their customer service is like…

My family use to order from happy’s pizza all the time and just from last night it was the last straw. 1st and 2nd time bad customer service while trying to order on the phone. Then just yesterday evening, my family and I wanted to give them another shot and this is what was delivered to me!!!! Better yet, when called to tell them about it, A MANAGER DELIVERED IT TO ME LIKE THIS!!! ofc I got the run around with the apologizes and all. A new pizza was delivered by a different driver but, IM DONE!!!

I know sometimes you’re like “okay, it’s not gonna be that bad. It’s good sometimes.” Yeah, not here. Ordered food was told 15-20 minutes. My husband went to pick up. Gave my name AND the exact order. They said it wasn’t ready. That’s fine. He waits some, asks again, says the exact order. Not ready yet. He waits ANOTHER 30 minutes. They finally found it on the “delivery” side. It had been sitting there the entire time he was standing there! I called to complain that the food was sitting there the whole time and it was going to be cold. Very annoyed since he’d been waiting so long. Woman who worked there promised, swore up and down, guaranteed it was not sitting there the whole time. Get it home. Of course – freezing and old. Chicken was sitting in grease. Pizza literally cold. I get it. It’s Friday. It’s busy. But damn. Just don’t.
