I stayed at the hotel for work this spring, ate w/ colleagues at The Trophy Room for breakfast. These potatoes were amazing & reminded me of a recipe NY daughter was trying. I mentioned it to the server & he so kindly gave me the restaurant’s recipe. Tender on the inside, crisp on the edges & outside skin. Amazing! So happy they shared- we had them today- only difference is we made some w/ recipes parmesan & others w/ feta.

I only review things that are the best that I ever had or the worst. The food and service here is phenomenal. I’d wager some of the most underrated in State College. Try the quesadilla or pear salad.
