I got there at like 8:45 and they close at 10, but they aren’t making any new food past that point. This is a typical issue. Guess management is fine with that, but that’s a way to make it where people don’t wanna come here. Literally went to Popeyes instead

I ordered food on the app and was told it would take 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after I placed my order and was told they “didnt get my order in the system”. I showed them my email receipt and they began the order then. I waited 45 minutes and was given my food after 3 separate customers came to the counter after me, ordered, and got their food first. I got home after, found out I was missing half of the food inside my box meals and found a USED GLOVE IN THE BAG! I will not be coming back to this store and will recommend anyone that asks to go the extra 10 minutes to wards road if they want kfc.

Did a pre-order. Upfront the food was accurate and good however CS was pretty bad. Went inside about 8pm. Rowdy employees can be heard taking loudly in the kitchen area. I yell hello once, twice, three times. On the 3rd a guy comes out, I tell him I have a call in. He’s asks my name., throws my order on the counter and walks away. Thank you for your order? Nope. Is your order correct ? Nope. Its no mystery why Chix Filet next door has 20x the customer traffic.

Went wensday night about 6:30 pm
Waited over 15 minutes for my order it was simple a sandwich combo and tenders.
The person on the mic was rude and when I got to the window took my money no smile or anything and didn’t tell me I had to wait when i ordered
My fries was cold and my food absolutely horrible I don’t understand why I was pulled up if my food wasn’t fresh?! Just to save there time i guess

As of recently every time I ordered online or DoorDash they mess up my order . Even through the app and it gets sent to DoorDash. I spent $6 extra for potato wedges just not to receive them. Food in the bag upside down,no straws,and soggy food. There’s also no way to get a credit or refund. Smh.. be better KFC

Group Size: We came in with 5 today. Served with no issues.
Food: The whole KFC menu is appetizing. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and so did my wife. Our group also had tenders, 2 pc meal, and a kids meal. All were made to order, hot and delicious. There is a board showing where the chicken was from and who is cooking today.
Location: Corner of Greenview and Timberlake. Pretty easy in and out using Greenview. Timberlake can be a bit tougher during certain times.
Staff: Greeted as we walked in. Very friendly. Staff seems to care about their store.
Atmosphere: Literally the reason we stopped here. The outside looked amazing only to be outdone by the interior. We all commented on how clean, welcoming, and comfortable the inside was. Booth seating was really comfortable. The whole place was exceptionally clean.
Cleanliness: The whole place was exceptionally clean.
Prices: Very reasonable.

DO NOT GO HERE . where do we start ? The rude customer service, or the fact that an employee was fixing his sock with his bare hand, that he then proceeded to make my food with? Or the fact that they were almost out of everything in the middle of the day? Or the fact that I ordered a KFC famous bowl that was supposed to have nuggets in them and I got rotisserie shredded chicken??? oh and a cherry on top. I decided while I’m waiting for them to fix my order let me use the bathroom …… all three toilets had blood, feces or urine in it. disgusting place? rude employees . oh and they gave my boyfriend maybe 7 fries max in his LARGE tender meal
