It’s located on second floor in the casino. Came here on Saturday night. I didn’t know what to eat so I went to try this. It was a long queue on but moved pretty quickly. It’s my first time trying Chick -fill-a and it’s pretty good. The milk shake was the best. The chicken was so tender and flavourful. The price might be different cause it’s in the Mohegan Sun. The staff was so friendly, she gave me a cup water.

This location is not worth your time. We went at 12 noon on a Monday. They had no macaroni and cheese, no grilled chicken cool wraps (they said they didn’t receive a produce delivery but we were able to order a fruit cup and have lettuce and tomato on a deluxe sandwich…), and would not allow us to order Blue Powerade as a fountain soda with a kids meal (but we could order Coke or Sprite??). This location has a limited menu to start, but not being prepared at lunch on a Monday is unacceptable.

Had a horrible experience today, we came to get a frozen lemonade $7.25, the cashier told us to tap, but the reader said $19.13. We alerted the cashier Malcolm and he told us it was fine, we tapped and sure enough we were charged $19.13, Had it on the charges with the time stamp showed nearly every staff member, the manager told us that he had no record of the charge and that it was a system glitch and there was nothing they could do after we waited nearly 30 minutes for an answer. Waste of time, waste of money and horribly scammy. I’d hate to think of the amount of other people this has happened to that never noticed because they were not sober. Be warned, never trust the integrity or intelligence of these places!

I wanted to bring an unusual but important issue to your attention. Recently, I ordered one of your classic chicken sandwiches and noticed something…off. My pickles were placed at the bottom of the sandwich instead of the top, which might seem minor but actually changed the whole experience.
It reminded me of that iconic episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, where Bubble Bass claims SpongeBob forgot the pickles on his Krabby Patty. Just like Bubble Bass, I was eagerly looking forward to a perfectly layered sandwich, only to be disappointed by the unexpected pickle placement. I felt like I’d been served a “wrong” sandwich, just as SpongeBob did, even though the ingredients were technically there.
The pickle placement makes a surprising difference to the taste and texture. When it’s on the bottom, it loses the crunch I love, blending oddly with the bun instead of enhancing the chicken flavor. I would truly appreciate it if your team could review this detail to improve consistency in sandwich assembly. It’s a small change that can make a big difference for those of us who notice!

While at the casino and in need of some nourishment, we decided to go to
Chick-Fil-A for dinner. Considering we were at the casino, I felt that the prices were reasonable.
The food was good. I had the Chicken Combo dinner which included a Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries, and a Barg’s root beer soda.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
This place gets really busy at times. We got lucky and arrived here when it wasn’t too crowded.

There aren’t many Chick-fil-A’s in NY, so finding one in CT was amazing. Food was delicious and definitely lives up to the hype. Remember to request the Chick-fil-A sauce!

Absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. The whole eco system of Chick-fil-A is not present at this location. No warm welcome. No smiles. No gratitude. Food was like warm at best. Then the prices are about double what they are outside a casino. Very sad!
I will never visit this location again. We went before comedian tonight but will never frequent this establishment franchise owned business again.

This company always hires the best people. Things go right 95% of the time but the other 5% the kindness and generosity of the staff make up for it and then some. I went for lunch just as they began serving and there was a slight delay. Nadia B was apologetic and doubled my order on the house. Acts like this endear me to chik fil a and it’s wonderful staff.
