Decided to eat inside, ordered 2 burgers and fries, and the fries were cold. We let the server know the fries were cold and she went to ask the other worker what to do. She returned and asked if we wanted her to put them back in the fryer to heat them up. I said no,we would like some fresh fries and she started crying saying I was being mean to her. The other worker came out and explained that they were trying to fix the problem without any cost to either of us, but it was their bad and they’re making fresh fries. I have never had an interaction like this and them reheating food and serving it is disgusting and disturbing. Do better Gold Star. I will drive to the Batavia location from now on.

Have been coming here off and on, eating out in the summer and in in the winter.
Its a homey little place. Warm atmosphere. Kind people, and good food! Their sandwiches are un-hinge your jaw big, their half salad alone is filling, their coneys are soft and easy to chew. Absolutely wonderful. I highly reccomend giving this place a try if you’re looking for a homey, not very crowded place to eat with excellent food options!

When the server yells across a mostly empty store to get the cooks attention it kinda sets the mood. Piled the all the plates on the only clean table then went to whare her phone was charging and started complaining about how nothing was cleaned when she got in. Now keep in mind when she was moving the plates she was not wiping off tables or seats.

Mt. Orab Gold Star Angela Rogg is a bad manager. Her and the young big heavy guy that works for her are rude and discriminatory. Kicked out for waiting to use the bathroom. I’m clean and presentable. If I was black or an old lady I bet they wouldn’t have been that way.Owner won’t call me back. Don’t eat there! Angela and big boy don’t have any power outside of there. Sad

Our experience dining in here has always been good but last Friday we had a bad drive thru experience.
About 8pm we went through the drive thru ordered a coney crate, a 4 way and a 5 way. The 4 way and 5 way were good but when we to the coneys they were very disappointing. There was less than a tablespoon of chili on all of them. Not worth what we paid for them.

Great location that doesn’t seem to stay too busy. Food is typically very good. Waitresses are very nice as well. Plus kids eat free of Tuesdays!

4 way chilli and it was definitely better than Skyline. Great service as usual and the waitress is actually excited to be there. Only gripe is a little heavy on the cheese.

Came in for a sit down meal and the service was great he was very friendly and courteous. I even took a pic of my hubbies burger cause it looked amazing!
Food was good they just forgot part of my order which I know happens.

I usually just do drive through, but today I ate in the dining room. The service was great and my food came out promptly. The three-way and chili cheese fries are always good. But my new favorite is the double cheeseburger with the hot and salty fries ❤️❤️
