Went to get the Italian ices to cool down on a hot day. My favorite flavor combination are coconut and cherry but they have hundreds of combinations your little heart desires. Come and try, you won’t be disappointed.

the kindest people. I haven’t personally ate here but I delivered doordash orders from customers that ordered here. The staff really took me back because the line was long and was practically around the building and they still took the time to be personable with each customer, had a smile on their face, while still giving surprisingly fast service and every customer I saw was happy. not only that but I didn’t realize there was a separate window I could have gone to for the doordash orders, but the gentleman here pulled me aside and told me to just come out to the other window and skip the line and was laughing and making jokes with me the entire time. truly such an amazing experience any time I’m here

Stopped by for an Italian ice and gelati with my family today and I have no idea what was going on. This Rita’s is typically never this bad!! The very long line was moving as slow as molasses… and I realized why when I got up to order: The store was staffed by only 2 workers who seemed hurried and frenetic taking/making orders. How can an ice cream shop of all places be so inadequately staffed on a Saturday in late May?!! So irresponsible by management. I felt awful for the very kind cashier who was in way over her head with just 1 other worker supporting her. Ugh.
Also the gelati we ordered was supposed to be 1 layer of watermelon ice and 1 layer of peach ice and it was some kind of bizarre blended mix of both Italian ice flavors. Still tasted okay, but very strange. The gelati was also missing the bottom layer of ice cream.

It’s our family’s favorite treat station. They have super delicious Italian ice. a small is heavy and a good value. try a gelati which is Italian ice intermingled with custard. Their custard is extremely creamy and we all enjoy it more than ice cream. This place will remind you of a time gone by. Absolutely wonderful, they have some picnic tables for outside eating. The parking lot is small. There is a great pizza joint around the back also.

We love Rita’s in general because it provides tons of non-dairy options, and they are all delicious. However, this location could use some improvement.
They seem to be chronically understaffed, which leads to long lines that flow deep into the undersized parking lot. It’s not uncommon for there to be only one employee working on any given hot Saturday afternoon.
There is very little seating outdoors, zero indoor seating, and not even a bathroom onsite.
They need to provide more shade, especially for people waiting in those long lines.
On the positive side, the staff is friendly, and the treats are consistently good.
