The girls that work here are by far the rudest people! Next time I’m getting their names and making sure everyone including their manager knows how they are! We are paying customers and spend a lot of money there for them to treat us like we know them personally or have ever been rude to them! We are the nicest people always tip when we receive good service. They need to be reprimanded for sure. It’s 630pm 12/8/2025 so hopefully a manager sees this and knows who the girls are. Absolutely rude unprofessional behavior.

My coffeehouse experience was terrible at this location. I went in with my friends on Tuesday Oct.21, and my friends and I were discussing what drinks we wanted so we wouldn’t be clueless at the register and Jasmine, a partner with purple, came up to us asking if we were going to order while we hadn’t even been there for 5 minutes yet. I understand we can not be in the cafe without making a purchase, but the way she came up to us was rude and impatient because she hadn’t even waiting a few minutes to let us decide what we want. Also, while we went to order a partner named Blair took our orders extremely rude. I asked for a matcha latte add plain banana cold foam. She then explains very rudely how it is not possible for me to order a banana matcha latte without the protein. She rudely gives a suggestion to just getting the protein banana matcha. I explained how she can do the matcha without the protein. I am a partner myself so I understand the menu. It wasn’t until I said “ At my store we are able to do plain cold foam, we add the protein separately.” She walks away to ask her coworker and comes back to say sorry because she realized she was wrong after being so rude saying they don’t do plain banana cold foam She adds that “she’s never on bar.” Her rude assumption and tone was very unwelcoming and shocking.

I know I may have to get a part time job but I love Starbucks and now they have their holiday drinks out! YUMMY I like the Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it is perfect with a little something to eat on the run or school

A large Starbucks location in the Lake Elsinore area. Lots of seating available indoors as well as a drive through. Frustratingly, all of the power outlets have been covered over so its not a good place to sit and and work while sipping coffee. The staff was very friendly and several people greeted me as I walked in.

Came here for the first time while waiting for my car to get fixed at a car shop down the street. It has a nice big lobby with plenty of seating. The gentleman with really nice teeth was very kind when I asked for the bathroom code. So far so good…
Unfortunately, a bit later two young girls, probably in their teens, came and sat at the table beside me. I overheard them saying they needed to charge their phones to call their parents and how they barely had any money on them. The lobby was near empty with only 1 other lady besides us sitting at another table. About 5 minutes since the young girls entered, one of the female baristas decided to press upon them their policy of “only paying customers can stay in the lobby.” It just rubbed me to the wrong way as these were just kids trying to charge their phones not bothering anybody in a near empty lobby.
I didn’t want to be too in their business, but before I could say anything, one of the young girls went up and ordered a drink. When she got back to their table, I told them “I’m sorry they had to be treated that way” and asked her how much the drink cost. She told me like $6 so I gave her cash to give her money back for the drink. Compassion goes a long way, especially when in public in front of other customers. Overall 2 ⭐️

Their accuracy is incredibly inconsistent. I asked for an oatmeal with 2 nutmelodies and agave syrup, and I received 2 dried fruit and no agave. Additionally I asked for an iced caramel latte and received a latte with no syrup.
