As others have mentioned, this is not a Dickey’s location and is only available for online orders. I wasn’t aware of all factors until I tried drive there first and order as a walk-in, only to be told the process.
The sides (Brisket Chili and Mac & Cheese) were great. No complaints there. The toast was a simple piece of white bread. But the meat was much like others have described. The pulled pork was very dry, the brisket had a little moisture to it, and the ribs were in the middle. I was able to have the ribs and brisket with no help, but the pulled pork absolutely needed the sauce.
Additional side note: I haven’t had Dickey’s in a while because the location in my area closed years ago. But, since I was in the area, I wanted to check it out. What was confusing is this location not being a normal location, and while Google Maps shows another location near by in Redwood City, it’s not on the website and I couldn’t order from them. This should be fixed.

So I placed an order on dickeys app, pulled up and this wasn’t even a dickeys, it’s an Asian restaurant of some sort. A ghost kitchen. Every single one of our meals was non edible, the meat was so dry that you can tell they don’t use the same products, the chicken was not even the same as the real location uses. The waiter ignored me while he played on his phone. I don’t know who gave this a 5 star, as this wasn’t even worth a single star.

I was sooooooo disappointed when I got my order, the beef brisket and ribs were dry dry. The ribs omg! The roll had a scorch mark in the middle like it was reheated in the micro n hard as a rock Texas toast looked as if they rolled it out flat. Not a real Dickeys restaurant. Seems to be a ghost kitchen in back of a Chinese restaurant. Got order wrong and meat was inedible. Wasted $45 and was only given $4 Uber eats credit. BS.

I don’t know what these people are saying about the food. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the ribs, French fries, and beans (which I got mac n cheese which was a mistake but I wasn’t going to sweat it like these other haters). The ribs had a tasty rub, the original BBQ sauce was good, and the meat fell right off the bones. I don’t know what people are saying on these reviews, because my meat was not dry at all. Give them a try and make up your own mind. Not sure about the location since I door dashed my order, but glad I found a place that is good bbq when I’m craving it.

Ordered delivery. Took an hour, which was fine. But both kinds of brisket I ordered were dry and tough like beef jerky, not an exaggeration. The baby back ribs were dry too, which is just hard to do. Honestly seems like they gave me day old bbq because even after an hour, it shouldnt be this bad and dry. Barely had any bbq sauce. Its incredible that an employee could send this out as acceptable bbq. I know it’s delivery but I paid $40+ with fees and tips. Shouldve checked the ratings. Save your $.

It is really a hit or miss experience buying BBQ here. Twice the food is just too dry (brisket, pulled port, and even sausages) and we had throw most of it away. One time the brisket was terrific, nice and moist fatty briskets, just perfect. So unless I know that they don’t have dry bbq when I want it, I can’t take the risk of ordering here again.

No dine-in eating as described on the website. This location is inside of another restaurant. Don’t miss the fine print, the website is very misleading. Still willing to try it since I bought the gift cards at Costco. There was no way to pay online with a gift card despite the entire process being promoted as an online order and pick up service. Should have checked all the reviews before I bought the gift cards.
