Wow the pizza took me back to my youth in NYC. Pizza that tasted like Public school pizza. Small square slices that taste slightly better than DiGorno frozen pizza. Litterlly reminded me of the square slice they gave us in high school. It’s cheap though so no complains 4 slices 2 sodas 13 bucks can’t go wrong but don’t come here looking for quality.

Hands down, this is the best Nirchi’s location in Broome County! The owner truly cares about quality, service, and the customers, and it shows in every visit. I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade, and the consistency is always 10/10. Whether it’s the fresh ingredients, the friendly staff, or the unbeatable flavors, this location sets the standard for what great pizza should be. Highly recommend!

My coworker had a paperclip baked into her pizza. She ordered a half sheet of pizza and obviously didn’t eat the whole thing the night prior so she went to eat some on her lunch break. She bit into a slice to find a paperclip baked into her pizza. She nicely called the restaurant to just let them know what happened and when she asked for some sort of compensation because she no longer felt comfortable eating the rest, she was met with immediate interrogating and was told “why didn’t you call sooner” and “I find that hard to believe” by the manager. My coworker was not being hostile whatsoever and deserved some decent customer service after this incident. All they gave her was store credit but do you think she really wants to return to this establishment after the horrible experience she had. This situation could have also been much worse, she could have swallowed it, broken a tooth, or the paperclip could have been unclipped and hurt her. I understand that mistakes happen but the way it was handled was not ok. I’m very disappointed to hear that this was the response she received and will definitely not be coming back.

One of the best in the area. Better than the location in Endicott by leaps and bounds. Attitudes are better. Food is less pricey. Employees don’t seem spiteful. The selections are wider (or at least they make more selections to offer through out the day). The building is so chic. Will visit every time I’m downtown.

We ordered a 16in pizza half meatball and half sausage and an order of garlic knots for delivery. We were told it was great pizza. It arrived cold and soggy. We didn’t like the sweet taste either. The garlic knots we’re hard and cold with barely any garlic on them.. We will not be wasting our money at this pizza place again.
