Great lunch special! We were able to get a Stromboli and a veggie sub with a salad and garlic bread! Everything was tasty and hit the spot as a pizza joint! They also have a claw machine that plays 80’s new wave synth tech music for like 50 seconds then repeats, and it made us laugh so hard and really added to the vibe! We had a great time at this local place and will be back if we’re in the area!

Not a lot of restaurants in the area. Don’t feel like cooking? Really good pizza! A lot of other options too. Salads, paninis, subs etc. The guy at the counter was nice and friendly even though he was very busy. The only real negative is the inside of the restaurant does not smell good. Smells like plugged floor drains or something like that. Fix that and the stars go up.

Pompeii’s offers a nice place for lunch in a small town. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. Made a mistake of packaging our meals to go, but we wanted to eat in rather than in the 20F temperatures outside. Food was tasty and provided as expected. Not fancy, but fancy is for big city folk.

Usually the food is fantastic. My last experience however was none other than atrocious. Very disappointed. I phone ordered and was told ½hr til I could pick up. I arrived 45mins later only to find 1of 3 large pizzas was cooked. I asked how long until my order would be ready because i would’ve come back, as i was feeding 9 people, and it was getting late. I was than told to read a complaint sign and told to cook my own food. I was calm an collected. The cook continued with being rude, disrespectful, lip services instead of customer service. I’ve eaten there so often I was shocked. Most employees even know what I order before asking (ask Rena, Jackie, or Matt). I’ve even worked there in my youth. I still have family that works there. My order came to almost $70, plus a generous tip. That’s what Samantha cost Pompeiis that night, not to mention any future orders from myself. I remained calm canceled my order and left. Mind you she was in the kitchen an didn’t have the decency to even look up to see who she was insulting or trying to humiliate. A dozen other patrons standing there as well witnessing this verbal assault. I encourage and support small local businesses, but I won’t be back, and won’t recommend this business while Samantha employed there. Unacceptable, unbelievable behavior.

Visiting from Ohio! We love pizza and enjoy trying different kinds so we decided to try this place out! Small bacon, small pep, and a side of onion rings! Man did we get a good round! The orings were crisp! Pizza was perfect, not over greasy, and the crust was amaaaaazing. Would order again if we are around!

Your customer service workers are being very detrimental to your costumer retention this evening. We have been coming here weekly since moving to Baldwin. However, from answering the phone, to delivering our order we were met with very unpleasant costumer service. We were made to feel like an inconvenience, as loyal costumers! We are nothing but kind during our interactions. I’m uncomfortable returning until something is done about this, others will likely feel the same.
