Quality food and service. The owner was attentive and accommodating. You can tell he cares about the success of his business and satisfaction of his customers. Great representation of Haitian cuisine and hospitality.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by poor service. The server assigned to our table was noticeably rude and inattentive. She never came to check if we needed drinks, even after I requested a menu to order a nonalcoholic beverage. Others brought our food, which was fine, but she never returned to follow up.
After some time, my husband asked her for a glass of water and a beer. He had been drinking Modelo, but she brought a different kind and insisted that it was what he ordered, even though we clearly had a Modelo bottle on our table. Wanting to avoid conflict, my husband accepted the drink, but the whole interaction left us feeling uncomfortable.
What made things worse was noticing how attentively she was treating other tables while continuing to ignore ours. The vibe was off, and unfortunately, it affected our overall dining experience.

I was just wandering about when I came across this restaurant. I ordered white rice, griot, with a side of pikliz and the food was nutritious and filling. The griot was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. This food brought me back to my childhood and it’s a great representation of Haitian culture. The service was a solid 10/10 and I would for sure come back.

This was my second time I came here two years ago, and the food was so good that I literally search for the restaurant with my friends and again the food was immaculate as it was before I enjoyed every bit of it. The tacos are so good and the service is amazing Michelle was a great hostess
