Went thru drive thru ordered 70$ worth of food. I live out of town so didnt check order until i got home. When unpacking order my 8 piece chicken tenders 21.99$ was not there. I tried calling last night 6 times and so far 3 times today. Have NOT talked to anyone. There # is either wrong or just not picking up the call.

Clown show at this place. Guy working the window couldn’t get my order right. Had to explain it to him 3 times. There is literally no one there and they don’t have BBQ Sandwiches ready. I have to pull aside. He says 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I go in and they say, oh, your sandwich is ready, but your fries aren’t. I told these wizards that I didn’t order fries. There was literally no one there and now I know why. They are terrible at basic service. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. Can’t process one damn order.

You can get what they have on hand but not what you ordered. Rundown store makes you question food safety. While youre waiting for your food you can listen to the manager or shift lead who is middle aged talking to teenagers about their sex life!

Stopped at the drive thru for lunch, my wife only gets 30 min. There were 2 people headed inside and 1 car from the drive thru parked and waiting on food. We ordered got our drink, they said park beside the white car, the one already waiting for food. We waited 20 min, then I went inside and waited another 10 min. 30 min total wait with 1 drive thru order ahead of us and 2 people inside. Will not be going back!! My wife was almost 15 mins late coming back from lunch.

The cashier seemed completely out of it like he was on drugs. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mashed potatoes and a coke very simple order, (4 piece meal comes with one side and drink) when I got to the window he kept asking about my other side I told him I only had mashed potato it only comes with one side then he gives me the box and proceeds to shut the window without giving me my drink. I ended up getting my drink after he insisted I didn’t order one. Best of all I get home and not only had I only received 3 pieces but they were tiny dried out unrecognizable pieces, kind of resembling Cornish hen maybe? I called the manager no effort nor offer to make anything right. I haven’t been to KC in about 10 years I certainly won’t be back.
