Ordered a large amount of food for a local group and 5 minutes before delivery, this place CANCELLED the order and “closed” the store. The order was scheduled at 1pm this afternoon and they waited until the exact delivery time which was 5 hours after the order was placed, to cancel it. All this AFTER a delivery person was assigned and on the way to pick up. Guess I should’ve checked the Google rating before ordering. That says everything. Save your money and buy from a business that’s upstanding and has integrity because you won’t find that here.

First visit, ordered a 5 piece with fries and a drink. Fries were plain but cooked well. The chicken looked good, the breading was crispy and had light seasoning but needed more salt. Chicken tasted bland as well. Their wing dings might be better as some have told me but not impressed at all with their fried chicken. A bit pricey compared to other places. Good customer service. No public restrooms so I couldn’t check that out.

Not sure what’s happening with this place it used to be so good. Now the fries are always soggy and the chicken taste so off , it’s crunchy but has like a burnt flavor but no seasoning. The catfish was my favorite and this time around the fish was so over fried. Sad.
The lady at the counter is always so friendly and she suggests the best dessert, so far the cheesecake has not disappointed and neither has the chocolate cake.

I ordered delivery tonight for my birthday meal. I could not be happier with the food. It was piping hot and so delicious – catfish, pepper poppers and onion rings. And bonus, the delivery dude was super nice!! Thank you NYFC in Benton Harbor for making my birthday even better.

I had very friendly service here. I was impressed by the number of any options and that they were able to cook a variety of items very well. Definitely not just chicken which I did not actually know. I do wish that there may have been some more descriptions about menu items. We ordered three different items. I think their fries are Sublime. Chicken tenders were a little bit dry. Philly cheese steak sandwiches where messy which in my book equals yummy

Terrible service!! Food was made wrong, so I wanted a refund. The guy literally argued with me because my food was made wrong and I wanted my money back instead of a remake. Arguing with the customer when it’s your mistake is disgusting!! Will not be spending my money here ever again. DISAPPOINTING

First time at this location.. surprisingly good… It did take a while for our food.. and they did forget a beverage…. Napkins or other items….. The burgers were delicious… The chicken was fried great and really good…. The stuffed pizza things were ok.. really greasy and soggy but they were ok….forgot to ask for ranch or bleu cheese…for the hot wings…but they were still good nonetheless….the fries were soggy….the cheese on the cheese fries tasted weird….but other than that it was an ok spot…only place in the area open late..so thats a plus…I would definitely recommend…they were very busy…which is also a good sign…I would go back…great food

Amazing food especially fried food always fresh and hot home made seasoning always my favorite late night stop or I even have them deliver my favorite is the chicken lamb over rice very reasonably priced and filling and a really big portion

DO NOT ORDER. GUARANTEED DISSATISFACTION
It’s disappointing to experience this kind of attitude and poor customer service after spending 70 of our hard-earned dollars and hate that we even have to leave a review like this, especially knowing how tough the food service industry can be. But what’s worse is hearing that this location has been open for 6 years and the reviews have been bad for just as long. How does that continue? Are people just unaware, like we were?
• We did not eat the food.
• Three meals were untouched.
• We offered to bring everything back the same night.

We weren’t asking for a full refund, just to have the order remade. We tried to handle it respectfully, but the way the call was handled (being hung up on) was unacceptable.

As business owners ourselves, we understand mistakes happen. But how you respond to them matters. This review is simply to hold you accountable for how we were treated. 0/5 Stars
