We had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great. We did not find scrambled eggs bland as they usually are in hotels restaurants. Potatoes and French toast were also tasty.

Dinner was delightfully delicious. I wasn’t expecting pan fried salmon to be that delicious. It came with squash which was cooked very well.

Halibut fish n chips was also greater. In starters we really enjoyed the shrimps. The batter and shrimp taste was awesome.

Delicious food, coupled with beautiful views and service make it great place to enjoy food. Too bad we had to leave, otherwise i really wanted to try shrimps and fish again.

Nice staffs. Decent foods. Great view. Nevertheless, the buffet breakfast could be less expensive. The pan roasted Alaskan salmon might include a bit more vegetables.

Halibut fish and “chips” (actually tater tots) was delicious. Service interaction was great however I think our waiter forgot about us as we waited over an hour for our entrees and when they arrived, it seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. My salmon was just a touch overdone and not overly hot, and my boyfriend’s halibut you could tell was not the “just pulled out of the fryer” type of freshnesss. I am allergic to gluten and they were accommodating but after this meal took our entire evening, we ended up not going back for any other meals even though we stayed at the lodge.
Found it pretty problematic that there was no lunch option especially when so many people get on a 5:30 flight, if you don’t fill up on the breakfast it’s hard to find food otherwise!

Decent food, friendly staff, lovely views. Worth the visit. They have a small museum with facts about the area. Informative.

Got the steak and halibut. Steak was perfect medium rare and halibut moist. Great view of the bay. Price isn’t too bad considering it’s the only restaurant in the park.

Amazing view of Glacier Bay and the staff was super kind! I am vegetarian and they were very accommodating and I ended up having a lot of choices of what to eat. Best asparagus I’ve had and the huckleberry ice cream was incredible!
