I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered last night on door dash, and they gave me the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I spent $50+ on an order and got nothing I actually ordered. Instead of a cheese steak, they sent me a salad on bread. Barely no steak, none of the sauces I requested, and enough lettuce to feed a petting zoo. After a long day of work, I come home, just wanting some good quality food and it looks like they played with my food. I don’t know if the closers just wanted to be funny and send me BS but it’s not fair when I spent more than 50 bucks. I will never order from this store again.

Got a text from BORIS, the driver saying he had a hard time finding the place. Everyone has Google Maps! How do you have a hard time finding the city’s largest motorsports dealership? We are only 2 miles away!

And on top of everything else? They forgot my friggin chocolate chunk cookie!!!
I called the store and “she” said she would give me a refund (ONLY) for my cookie and here it is 30 minutes later. Still no refund.
Never again. I’m done with Penn Station.

The food was great, hot,and fresh. The service was excellent a kind young man opened the door for me, so I wouldn’t be waiting in the snow. The food was cooked and prepped quickly. 5/5 would recommend

The staff was friendly. But soft-spoken. It was a little hard to hear them at times. The sub was pretty good, I will say there was too much mayonnaise on it. The french fries were above average, but tasted a bit like they needed to change the fryer oil. I will say that the sandwich did sit like a lead brick in my belly. And I was relatively unimpressed with how I clean the back where they were working was.

It’s a convenient location and staff are nice. Got the chicken teriyaki and it tasted like burnt chicken just covered in salt. Only half decent thing was the fries. I would honestly say subway ranks higher than penn. Don’t know where they source their bread but it wears your jaw out from chewing and it is on the heavier side.
