I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time—especially from the Manor Street location. The service was solid; when I called to place my order, the wait time was under three minutes, which was nice. The pizza itself was good, the service stayed consistent, but the atmosphere was just kind of mid.

Ordered at 6:30. Pizza arrived at 7:20 undercooked. I called and they said theyd make me a new one and deliver in 20 mins. Its now 8:30, no pizza. I call back and i was told they forgot to send it out. Its gunna be another 30 mins they have to cook a new one. Its now 9:17 and a dasher still hasn’t picked up my pizza. None of this would have been an issue if the pizza was cooked correctly the first time. Not a great Saturday night.

I did wait much longer than anticipated but the girl working was the only one there and she was running all the stations and KILLING it! The waiting area was packed and was able to do it all. She was awesome! Kiddos to her for not walking out.

I placed order online and it key changing status on my order. First it was being made, then, delivery person was waiting on my food, then it went back that it was being made. I called the after almost 1 hr of wait they only said that they were going to make my order. By the time I received my food the food was cold, I only live 1 block away from store. Food was cold, boneless wings were a disaster. Never again. Not even giving this store 1 star.

Ordered 2 pizzas & 3 orders of breadsticks 2 hours ago… I called about 40 minutes ago (an hour after I got an alert that my food was going out for delivery) and was told a fryer was down and my driver was waiting for wings. When I said “but I didn’t order wings… or anything fried” I was told that the driver must be waiting for another order as well I then asked “so then… has my food been just sitting for over an hour…?” the woman on the phone said “well it’s in a hot box”. I got my food… and it’s hard and cold. The bags the breadsticks are in are soaking wet. I ordered dinner because I didn’t want to cook… and now I’m cooking This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but it WILL be the last because I’ll be picking up any future Pizza Hut orders from the Centerville Road location.

Everytime I try to order from this location my order is messed up. This last time I tried calling the store and was rerouted to a call center that just keep transferring me. The food I received was worth less then what I paid for and food that my kids won’t eat. I had to start a chat and all they could do to help me was sent an email to the local store…so I am out the money, and dinner and received the run around from everyone. I can understand issues happen and I am usually very patient but it’s every time from this location and we don’t order out often.
