Clearly doing their best, but these employees are overwhelmed. Need another Dunkin nearby. As this is the only one for miles and it shows with how busy it is. Had to wait ages to order inside, but it was clearly because of how busy it was.

I can’t you not… this bagel I ordered was the most delightful bagel I have ever had at a Dunkin’s. This guy was like painting my bagel to perfection. The cream cheese was so creamy and good it was like melting in your Mouth. And my coconut bark ice coffee was supper delicious, you can definitely tell they put my order into perfection. Definitely coming back when I get the chance! The employees were very welcoming to me and made my order fast. What a great Tuesday I’m having with my delicious bagel and iced coffee. Just went through the drive-thru and when I said thank you to the young lady working, she completely ignored me. I said it again, kindly, and all she could muster as a nod. Please teach these rude customer service personnel how to properly engage with customers. I was very upset with this.

I recently moved to Alton and I’ve stopped several times (at least 15 times in the last three months)before work for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The people are nice enough but if I’m being totally honest the food is gross. The coffee usually tastes awful. I’m not even picky about it like some people are. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and hand to source the egg was still frozen. My coffee taste like they ground up tires and sprinkled some turpentine in it. How can you not notice that the egg is frozen? I try not to leave bad reviews and I am a very understanding person, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go it’s always something. I’ve had enough of this so I personally will never go back. I do not recommend at all. There are hundreds of other dunks, it would behoove you to go to one of those.
