In October 2025, we visited Pizza Hut in American Fork, Utah. We were buying the Personal Pizzas Promotion, and the pizzas tasted great. Pizza Hut makes great food, and this is a great promotional offer that is available on Tuesday nights through October. Thank you, Pizza Hut in American Fork for making us great personal pizzas and providing us with delicious dinner food.

What a bizarre experience! I ordered a pizza online, paid for my order, got a confirmation number and a pickup time, so I drove to Pizza Hut to pick it up. I walked in (I was the only customer there at the time), and gave my name for the order. The employee at the counter couldn’t find my name, so I showed her the confirmation number from the online order. She said that they don’t use the confirmation numbers there, so she wasn’t sure what to do. Another employee came up, found my name in the system, and then proceeded to tell me that they had cancelled my order. I asked why, and why I wasn’t notified. They said they ran out of pizzas and were in the middle of rush and didn’t have time to notify me. I pulled up my credit card receipt to show them that I’d already paid for it, and he did give me a refund, but unfortunately I had to leave without any pizza. I understand being busy, and I understand running out of pizza, but to just cancel without notifying me is incredibly disappointing. Normally I like Pizza Hut.

Decided to give them another try to order online, waited again and for some reason again they canceled my order with out notification, call or anything. Will not be ordering from any Pizza Hut anywhere again. Obviously they don’t wanna do their jobs and provide an unreliable service. Order was confirmed and even had a delivery time for 10:45, I’m a truck driver and was on a time crunch. So if you like unreliable service, go ahead. I’ll pick Maverick or another pizza place from now on.

This guy really hustles. He greeted every customer that walked in the door and was running back and forth cooking and cashiering the whole time my pizza was cooking. They’re lucky to have him!

So far so good, I have used this location multiple times, and it seems like the food is usually ready a few minutes earlier than I order it to be done, or a few minutes earlier than their estimate. So keep that in mind when you are picking up.
I would say it is better or worse than other carryout pizza places.

It’s 10:20 pm. Love the pizza but I’ve been waiting 15 minutes to be served. First, I didn’t see anyone, and when a young man finally appeared, he completely ignored me. I don’t know if it was because of his AirPods that he couldn’t hear me when I greeted him. His attitude was unpleasant. What a terrible experience.

I had a very negative customer service experience. The employee taking my order became impatient and interrupted my order to serve someone else, leaving me until last. Even if I was taking a bit longer, this was unnecessary and unprofessional.
This is something he had previously done to my mother as well in a past day. She does not speak English and received similarly poor treatment. This pattern is concerning.

Terrible Custom Service! Employee “Sara” hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation & gave me attitude. Our Delivery Driver “Angel.C” stole the food as he never responded to my text about it. Spent 33$ Bucks
