My goodness. Best meal ever! The chef here is super creative and understands gluten. I’d go here again and again if we lived here.

I fall in love with this place every time I come in. Despite my soft spot for their Farley burger, I recently tried the “Dinner in the round”, a four-course improv meal(meaning the chef decides what to cook), and every dish was a new, delicious journey. Don’t judge a book by its cover, this diner holds a must-visit restaurant behind the basic facade.
This is not your grandmother’s local diner.
A quick glance at the menu will have you expecting the norm – wings, appetizers, salads, pizza, pasta and sandwiches. It’s not until you look closer you notice the abnormalities.
Among the appetizers were “pesto taquitos”(among other unusuals) which turned out to be a delectably perfect combination of herbs, garlic, and cheese, wrapped in a huge tortilla, and served with marinara.
But where this joint really shines is its Improvisation. Several menu items include descriptions that contain to the effect – “made to the chef’s liking”
Which basically means he makes it however he feels like making it at the time.
The entree options all sounded superb, but we couldn’t pass up the “dare to dine” selection.
What this meant, was you pick your meat, and he prepares it however he wants, with whatever sides he wants. Your meal is completely in his hands. And boy, does he deliver.
Mine was chicken and seafood, which came with a large cut of chicken, huge shrimp, and several slices of thick cut bacon.
She got chicken and steak, which surprisingly came with a similar cut of chicken, and a full T-bone steak.
I still don’t know what exactly it was that we got, all i know is that it was absolutely delicious, and i will be returning specifically just to eat at this diamond in the rough.
10/10 highly recommend.

Drove by and saw this place. Read the sign and had to pull over and goggle it. It was exactly what I thought. Asked my girls if they were hungry and they said yep.
Turned around and glad we did.

We got a meal for 2 and shared it between the 3 of us. I ate way too much.
It was very good and I’ll definitely come back.

Every time I come here it just gets better. Chef/Owner Aaron is the man. The food is wonderful. It rivals a 5 star restaurant. You gotta try it for yourself. Oh and the portions are huge so you’re going to need a doggy bag.

Incredible portions and incredible service! They advertised a “pile of bacon” on one of their burgers and it only had a couple small pieces on it. When we made the waiter aware of it, he immediately let the cooks know. Within 5 minutes we had a plate piled high with bacon, so much we had to get a to go box for it! They went the extra mile, and we will go the extra miles to return!

This is my favorite place in Tioga county to eat. The staff is great and the food is even better. The prices are in line with quality and quantity of food. I have had all of the mystery meals and even the four person for course meal mystery.

The food was amazing. The servers were friendly. The stewie burger that I got I had pita wraps on top it had fried bacon and bbq in wrap on top of huge burger. It was so big I couldnt finish it. Great food amazing service would recommend for any foodie or hungry family.

This is definitely my favorite place to eat in Pennsylvania! Staff are great every dish I’ve had here was amazing. I’ve never dined at an improvised kitchen before and was unsure how some of the dishes would be being as I had no idea what I was getting. I was blown away every time I did a improvised dish I will definitely be back if I find myself in Mansfield again.

The food here is simply amazing. I get the same thing every time I go, but it’s different every time! (I get the Stewie Griffin) There aren’t a lot of tables so make sure to call ahead if there’s and event going on. Also it’s BYOB.
