Extremely disappointed by my type of service I experienced this weekend. We visit this location usually every other week. Typically I’m a SW Hani type of gal but I was craving some soup this time around. I noticed something in my soup towards the end and when I brought it up to my server Lena she said it definitely rice. She didn’t event really look at it. I just wanted something else to eat but she didn’t offer anything nor was it removed from the bill.
I was disgusted because I know in fact upon inspection it was certainly a bug. It had little legs on it. We will continue to minimally frequent this restaurant, but will avoid the soup and be cautious of the rest of the items. Definitely disappointed with the way it was handled.

Always a great place for a Patty Melt. Only 1 issue. Ran out of Forks. I ate my hashbrowns with a plastic fork. Not really an ideal utinsil for eating Hashbrowns. Buy more forks.

Waitress never came back to see how food was or if I wanted anything more. Just dropped off the bill. Never came back to collect money so I could get change. Guess she wanted the change of over $5.00 as a tip. The food was good just the service poor.

My wife and sister in law, were in kast week for lunch. My wife paid useing her Debit card. She never uses her card. After this visit there has been two fraudulent charges on her card. There is no doubt that when the server took her card to pay the bill, her information was copied and used to make the charges on Amazon Marketplace. Very disappointing. There should be a policy in place that all payments are nade at the register. No server shoukd walk away with a customer’s card. Sign of the times I guess. No integrity anymore.

We went to National to satisfy our cravings for a coney dog and Hani, and we were not disappointed. The baby greek salad and onion rings were also perfect. Service was good and the food came out quickly.

A friend recommended trying Coney Island on my trip to Detroit. There was one down the street from my hotel so I decided to hit it up. My server Nyla recommended I try the chili so I did. I also added a Classic Coney Dog and a Grilled Chicken Hani. The entire meal cost me $16.08. Everything I ordered was delicious! I’m glad I can say I finally tried Coney Island.

The ladies who take orders, specifically Parker & Lindsey are amazing. However the cook staff cannot seem to comprehend what well done means. I order there so often, Im greeted by name. My order is the same quite often. Ive had good well done hash browns. But as of late they seem to keep burning my food. Its not that difficult. Ive come to a point where i dont even want to give them my money anymore. Its getting to be ridiculous.
