My second time there for coffee and I have been to a lot I work in the restaurant equipment business make equipment for restaurant’s and actually did Hamlin pubs down the street and tropical smoothie down the street they made the coffee right both times. You be surprised other Tim Hortons they wouldn’t do it right this one was spot on.

I would come here numerous times before work, but I will never do that ever again so many times have I left early expecting the drive-through to be chaotic very busy and slow and I have waited over 15 to 20 minutes for just a large coffee and a bagel I thought working fast food drive-through times and the timer and speed of service was important. This place does not care about that. I have been work on numerous occasions because of how freaking slow this place is Also half the time I order a bagel with extra cream cheese that they charge me a dollar for there’s barely any cream cheese on I double double is either too sweet or not sweet enough very inconsistent and the slowest Tim Hortons around

I’m so impressed with the positive at this restaurant. I used to find the staff to be very rude, but now the customer service is fantastic. Every visit, you’re greeted with a smile, and the food is consistently excellent. It’s clear that the new management is doing a great job; they’ve turned this place into a well-oiled machine

Went to go get a few timbits with some really old gift cards that had never been used.
One out of the two gift cards worked with the other one failing to process.
The employee who severed us was very kind and gave us a few extra timbits to compensate for the one gift card.

I go to this Tim Horton’s often. I normally don’t have any issues. However, today my order was messed up TWO different times. I was asking for something I have ordered numerous other times at other Tim Horton’s. I was told they don’t know how to make this. They attempted, and it was disgusting. I’m not sure what the issue is. But I have never had an issue before. I’m highly disappointed.

This is updated… Always rude staff, it’s like they hire people and teach them to be rude. Also, you see the bad reviews, and nothing is done about it. And can you believe I asked for no ice, and they said then my cup won’t be all the way full. And then my daughter went and ordered something and got the wrong thing. They told her it’s what’s on the receipt, so that’s what she gets. These people need to be fired. And maybe you should look at the management. But this has been an issue for years, and nothing seems to be done, so forget the community, right? ♀️ ♀️ Updated… I am very impressed with the service lately. I’m greeted with polite people but unfortunately it is slower but I’d rather have a person smiling telling me to have a good day then somebody being rude handing me my coffee.

I go to this Tim Hortons everyday. M-F..to get a bagel and donut for 3 years. About 6 months ago all the employees changed!!! Now they have a new crew and they have sucked ever since!!! They either don’t write my order down the way I said.. And it’s not hard…plain bagel double toasted with butter and vanilla cream donut!!!!! That’s not rock science!! 4 out of 5 days they don’t toast the bagel enougjlh or no butter or the wrong donut!!!!!!! And the wait is longer then usual!! Take 10 mins thru the drive thru with 3 or 4 cars in line!!!!!!! I would stop going there but it’s the only one that’s on my way to work!!! There is one girl there that does do it right but I don’t know her name!! The rest of the just don’t care or listen!!!!!!! What a shame!!!!!! If I could give you. A negative star I would!!!! Be like this for over 6 months!!!!

RUDE. Always corrected if I say the order incorrectly. I said iced cap with low fat milk. You mean lite iced cap? Ya the iced cap with low fat milk. Thats an iced cap. Or I’ll have a coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. So that’s a large coffee DOUBLE DOUBLE.
Don’t know if it’s the same person but there’s a girl at the window that snatches the money out of my hand then pushes the coffee back.
