This was 2 months ago at this panda express location manager brushed it off and me or my wife never even got a follow up call from THIS location or CORPORATE considering there was a maggot in our food you would think this is taken more serious but it seems as if this may be an everyday thing here due to lack of customer after SELLING contaminated food to me just wanted to post this review before I forget l. I would love to hear from someone regarding this matter as it is a spit in the face that a chain as reputable as panda express would just brush this under the rug like it never happened. So I have come to conclusion this location will serve you bugs and think it’s ok. For your safety or even if you have kids like myself I would stay away because they probably would not believe you if you actually ate the bug which by the lack of concern by this franchise im pretty sure has happened plenty times.

I initially placed an order and unfortunately the food quality was not good — the meat was very tough and difficult to chew. I tried calling several times but didn’t get an answer, so I decided to go back in two days later and speak with the manager in person.
The manager was absolutely amazing. She listened, was very professional and considerate, replaced my entire order, and even offered me a drink of my choice for the inconvenience. The replacement meal was fresh and delicious, and her customer service completely turned my experience around.
I truly appreciate how she handled the situation and made things right. This level of professionalism and care goes a long way. Thank you for the excellent customer service LESLEY !!

Went in to order since drive thru line was long only to see an employee chewing away. Then she proceeded to scoop steamed rice into her hand and eat it. No shame. Left right after that and did not order

Line takes so long food was cold. Orange chicken was a lot of tiny breading pieces. Power greens were hot and fresh. Chow mein had no flavor.

My wife had Kung Pao with Chow Mien.
The food was good, the drinks were cold, and the meals were delivered on time.
5/31 Tonight we had bowls of orange chicken with noodles and black pepper chicken with noodles.
They were both good and we had a prompt delivery.
We normally have the Kung Pao Chicken plate with Chow Mein. Tonight we bought the bowls of the same instead with a side of spring rolls.
The food was very good.
The noodles and vegetables were tender and had a good flavor.
We ordered for a future time. The food was delivered on the time we requested.
Overall, a very good job by all.

Now open for indoor dining. The Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken are pretty good. So is the Lo Mein. I could not believe it but they do not have chopsticks. WHAT? A Chinese restaurant that doesn’t have chopsticks. Not really the same having to eat with a plastic fork. Seriously, how much can cheap wooden chopsticks even cost. Took off a star for that.

I ordered the broccoli and steak bowl over rice. Only to find, that after 3 pieces of steak, it was just a bowl of rice and broccoli. Not to mention my cherry coke being flatter than the Earth. Just a location issue. Other Pandas are great.
