I have been a regular at this carbones for many years now. I am not sure if this location is under new management or what, but the last two times ordering from here have been horrible. I ordered my food at 4:06 and didn’t get my order until 5:35. When I called to see where my order was, I was hung up on. When calling back, I was told my pizza just left. No, sorry, or anything. When we opened up our pizza, thinking it must be good if he just left, it was cold and soggy. I will not come back to this location. My money should be refunded at this point. Horrible service, what a waste.

We order alot from this location but last nights order the pizza was not the same it was cold hardly any cheese or items on it. Salad was lump like it was old. I was very disappointed as it has always been good. I paid almost 40 plus tip and feel like it was such a waste. We ended up tossing the salad and the rest of the pizza. Tried to call but no answer as I’m sure they were busy. Will not order again.

I live about 3 miles from this establishment. We have ordered pizzas and other items regularly and have always been happy.
Tonight was a different story. Our pizza left a little to be desired. We also ordered garlic cheese bread. Sadly we got home and opened the carton and it was plain toast. I understand a mistake and can work with that but I wasn’t happy with how my issue was handled when I called back.
This won’t keep me from going back but I will be a lot more careful and check my items before I leave.

We – my son, his friend, and I ordered
it well done. The waitress knew right away the meaning of those words. That was the second good sign.
The first good sign was asking around 30 ppl in the twin city area for a recommendation based on my experience of eating thin crust in CHICAGO since the 70s.
All gone, including a pan style that was smaller but had to be tried as well.
The sauce is sweeter than the Chicagoland fare, but the thin crust stands up. No pun intended. Lovely place. Familial and out-of-the-way sort of joint. Luckily it’s only 6 minutes from my new digs. 🙂

Super easy to get with plenty of parking (that’s always so nice).
We were greeted right as we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and up to date.
Their menu is straightforward and easy to read (I hate when a place (especially like a pizza place or burger joint) has pages and pages of menu).
We ended up getting the boneless (they did not have bone in) teriyaki wings with some cold beers to begin with.
After that, a delicious pizza that was piping hot!
Our server was spot on. Seriously, she was great. I think we all agree it’s frustrating when they’re hovering over you or nowhere to be found.
Truly a great place to come in and and have a great meal and cold beer.

We got a deep dish half pep half sausage, a veggie and the BBQ chicken. The BBQ chicken is always amazing as is all the pizza. Was here quicker than expected too!

Places and order. Waits 30 minutes. Order not started when I got there yet. Told 15 minutes. Go wait outside with my a year old. Go back in, get pizza. Go home. Pizza burnt.
