Who doesn’t got there hair tied up? Zoom in. This in n out is usually great, but I was done with my burger half way done with the fries, and that hair was BURIED in the fries.

Idk what’s going on, maybe just our orders the last 3 times, but now I’m disappointed. This is the 3rd visit in a row that the strawberry shake is Less than strawberry and the the same thing with the coke, so watered down. I think I need to start checking the drinks before we drive off. Burgers were still fine but please look at the drinks before u let them leave the window. U can clearly tell the coke is too watery. Sorry In N Out, but this sucks.

I stopped coming too often because they were messing up with my order almost every time. But this time I came I had a 10/10 experience. Shot out to Hailey who took my order. She was so genuinely kind and handled my order perfectly. She was so attentive made sure my order was right and I had everything I needed. Excellent service and friendly vibe. Raised up my mood.

Terrible, 2nd time coming here and it is still horrible… cold hard fries, don’t follow request… why do y’all do whatever y’all want, which is usually the complete opposite. If I’m requesting extra lettuce.. why do I have close to none??? Why is my burger bare,dry, and hard after literally 5 mins??? I eat here almost every night. The manager (George) and ALL the night staff members are super kind, polite and efficient. I come here for the good food but the way I am treated at this Jurupa location is what actually makes the experience special.
