The last 2 times my boyfriend and I have been here John Robinson has taken care of us always makes our sandwiches prefect! usually other subways go light on everything even the meat. He puts the prefect amount on! 5 stars to him! Thank you John!

I placed an order through the app and had my boyfriend pick it up for me. He arrived at the store and the lady working said they never received the order. Even after being shown the receipt and order number, she refused to make my food. My debit card was charged when I placed the order and my boyfriend was also charged because the employee made him repay what I already paid for.

Normally my order is always on the shelf before I get there. This time, however, someone named Jennifer couldn’t tell the difference between her name and mine (Jonathan). When I informed staff working that wasn’t my order they started immediately apologizing and remaking the order.
When the lady behind the counter handed my order to me she apologized yet again. I replied “No problem, its not your fault Jennifer can’t read.” Bonus, my toasted sub was still warm when I got home for a first. Thanks Jennifer and 5 stars for this Subway because our sandwiches are always delicious.

The mom and daughter duo at this location is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and sweet when I come in. Finding good customer service is hard, but this location hit the jackpot. I wish nothing but great things for these two individuals. They deserve to move up in the company!

If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! We placed an order in advance for sandwich platters to be delivered today for a company retirement party. They delivered to the WRONG address!!! The worst part is that they would let correct the mistake in any way. Wouldn’t go to where they delivered them to AND REFUSED TO MAKE US REPLACEMENT SANDWICHES!!!!! I will NEVER go to their business again!
