We have reviewed their first location on S Las Vegas Bivd. / E Windmill Ln. and they were absolutely phenomenal sandwiches and excellent service.

We are super picky when it comes to sandwich shops, but Sourdough knows how to make truly mouth watering subs.
Each sandwich is hand crafted with care and the sourdough is magnificent!
The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s a clean shop and nicely decorated with pleasant cozy colors.
The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect sandwich to suit our taste.
The sourdough bread is simply outstanding-crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside.
We have ordered a few different sandwiches and a flatbread pizza and they were all packed with fresh ingredients, and all perfectly balanced.
The portion sizes were generous, and the sandwiches were crafted with care.
The quality of the food is top-notch, and you can tell they take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Absolutely delicious! The vegetarian sandwich was packed with fresh veggies, creamy sauce, and perfectly toasted bread. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying — one of the best veggie sandwiches I’ve had! Highly recommend it! The best part of the sandwich was the sourdough bread was perfectly soft with a light crunch — fresh and full of flavor!

The staff were very kind, and we appreciate their effort. However, the sandwich experience didn’t quite meet expectations. We paid nearly $40 for two sandwiches—mine was about 8 inches, and my wife’s was only around 4 inches. Hers had very little chicken, and my sandwich was missing ingredients I had requested, like lettuce and tomato. We understand that prices have gone up, but at $5 an inch, it’s tough to see the value when portions are small and ingredients are missing. Hopefully this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Sampled several different flatbreads which were delicious! Enjoyed the Italian and the Chicken Salad Sandwhich. Best Italian that we had ever experienced. Cookies were warm and the lemon was our favorite. Service was impecccable!!!

Came here with wifey for delicious sandwiches. $30 later, left with two sorry 4” subs and a peach ice tea. No chips because options were pathetic, a few bags of generic frito lay products on a tray. You’re a Sandwich shop – bring in the kettle chips!!! Atmosphere was just sad. No vibe. No music. No nothing. Dark and dimly lit, darker further back even, like a sourdough scare zone. Sorry sandwiches were sad too. Got what should have been tuna but was pretty much a tomato with cucumbers. Wife got cholula chicken. Couldn’t really find the chicken. Bread was good. But for $10 for a 4” that bread best drive you home. Also, just a nit – but worker threw cold ice tea in bag with hot sandwiches. Come on! Do better. Capriottis’s – – – still undefeated!

We tried this for the first time today for lunch. Per our receipt, we ordered at 11:44. We received our first sandwich at 12:01, the next two at 12:05, and the fourth about a minute after that. The food was ok. It definitely wasn’t worth the $12+ minimum per 6” sandwich and a 20 minute wait. Port of Subs is just as good for half the price and 1/10th the wait. We will not be back.
