This Jimmy Johns location goes above and beyond. I have always had fresh and yummy food that is ready on time for pick up or prepared quickly for a walk in order. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful when you visit the store. This location also gives back to the community! We have partnered with them for multiple fundraisers for a local elementary school! Eleanor was so helpful and easy to work with to set up these fundraisers.

The team working the night of 11/12 was AMAZING! After a 14 hour day at the hospital for my father’s hip replacement, I ordered food for our family through UberEats to be delivered to our house by the time we got home. Unfortunately, whoever the uber driver was, came and picked up our food then proceeded to say that he couldn’t pick it up and it got passed through the system to a new driver. Four drivers later, we were able to figure out the first driver stole our families order and never delivered it. I reached out to this Jimmy John’s only to confirm that it was picked up and the team that I talked to offered to remake our order without even knowing the situation that we were in. On top of it all, when one of our family members went to pick up the order they added in extra cookies and brownies for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t their doing! Seriously cannot thank tonights team enough!! <3

Well first time at this one after living near it since it opened. Ordered our regulars. I got a Vito Number 5. Wife got a Hunters Club Number 10. Mine came with mayo on top of the regular vinegar and oil. Not a good taste at all. Definitely do not recommend it and I hope the next order is paid attention to. Guessing the person went straight from the mayo in the Hunters Club to adding it to mine . PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!

Great place, the service i got from Addison was great, you could tell she was very customer focused since when I walked in she was busy prepping something and she immediately stopped to wait on me. The food came out “freaky fast” even though I got a toasted sub, which is a brand new menu item to boot! All but one table inside were completely spotlessly cleaned, and seemingly the single table with a couple ultra minor marks on it had JUST been eaten on before I came in. The food was great, portioning of ingredients was what I’ve come to expect from Jimmy John’s and everything tasted extremely fresh and was well put together. I’m pretty sure this place is as good as it can possibly get for Jimmy John’s. I dont know if this is a corporate or franchised store, but whomever the heck owns this place is doing a great job keeping it in ship shape. I’ll be back, and would recommend this location to anyone!

Ordering delivery is always a nightmare from here. Either they didnt get the order and I had to pick ut up my self and couldn’t get a refund on my delivery fee or tip… or they outsource it to uber. Which takes usally way to long usally over a hour. Then when we get the food always missing a straw and or the sandwich are not right
