I went at 2pm planning to dine in, but the tables were full so I ordered the food to go. I was traveling in a campervan so I ate in the van just outside the restaurant. The food was delicious. I also ordered the guacamole and chips which also came with pico de gallo. If I’m ever in Del Rio again, I would return.

Great food and great customer service! Even if you’re just passing through this is a must stop place. Anna is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon checking out I set my coffee down on a table and someone accidentally brushed by and knocked off. She promptly replaced it with a smile! Good thing, their coffee is some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
I’ve been all over the world, and this is one of the friendliest places I’ve been to. With fantastic food too! What else can you ask for?

Been a fan of this little restaurant for years and nothing has changed. Amazing food with fast service! The staff are welcoming and kind. Food was also very quick to hit the table and so so fresh! The guisado bean and cheese is my go-to!

The place is small, but people are willing to wait. So, I waited, it must be a good place. I see only one cook. People are waiting for their meal. Waitress sees I’m getting frustrated and keeps pouring me coffee. I’m on my fourth cup now and still waiting for my plate. Ten minutes more and food finally came out. Very good food. The green cilantro sauce was really good. And the size of the plate and portions were great. The tortillas from the Jimenez tortilla factory are amazing. The service was a little slow and the fact that you have to pay for each drink (no free refills) was kind of disappointing. But over all great place to eat…. Dine in open

Was recommended to Los Betos by a Starbucks employee when I pressed him on the best tacos in his native Del Rio. It was the only Mexican food we at while passing through town, but we were impressed with the guisada and salsa.
The decor is a combination between Mexican fiesta, sports bar and convenience store. This Quaint little restaurant also shares a parking lot with a shady motel, but don’t let this scare you away. The service is friendly and the tacos are really good if you want authentic Tex Mex.
