I am not a coffee drinker. I went to Caribou to get coffee for my client. When I got to the register I let them know my client has $5 she just wants hot coffee and she likes caramel, what can she get? The man at the register said she can get black coffee and we can add caramel for $4.99 total. I paid. At the other side of the counter I noticed the heavy set lady with curly hair and glasses was making a cold press and I said ours is Hot Correct? she said no, you ordered a cold press and I said sorry but I wanted hot coffee for my client, I’m not sure what the man at the register entered in the computer. She immediately became irritated by her body language and started making someone else’s drink instead of mine, when she finally started making my drink she asked if I wanted milk inside and I said no, when she finished the drink I asked for creamers and she rudely said (with a fake smile on her face) first of all your getting a deal because it should have been more than what you paid, secondly you said no milk! I told her that whatever her issue was, it was between her and the man at the register not my issue and I’m just telling you what I ordered so you can fix it. Milk and creamer are not the same exact thing, milk is what you pour in the cup and creamers are in little containers on the side. She tried to make me feel stupid but I’m not! There was no need for her to get an attitude or be rude that was totally uncalled for and unacceptable, if I was a coffee drinker and was needing my coffee she probably would have gotten cursed out but I don’t drink coffee and I remained cool calm and Collected! The next person may not be so polite. Someone needs to check her attitude.

Not usually one to leave reviews but this was insane. I placed a mobile order 7 minutes prior to arriving at the establishment, my drink wasn’t ready which is totally fine. I proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes for ONE drink order. Watching the staff was an eyesore to say the least, I’ve never seen a team this slow since I’ve been coming to this location for several years. No communication was being made. Odd considering there wasnt a line or a full bump screen. The manager on duty wanted to help the bar staff but they denied any help from her, if anything the team seemed very cold toward one another and have no work flow. I’ve never witnessed a team like this.

I spoke with a manager on the phone this morning, I think his name was Dave. I always order through the app and I pickup. I go to this location because the staff is always super friendly and fast. Today my husband picked up my coffee order alongside a muffin and cookie for my 4 year old. When he got home, my child spilled the coffee before I could even take a sip, spilling all over the floor and onto my 5 month old. Thankfully is was and iced coffee. My child is on the spectrum and we were actually about to leave for his therapy appointment. I called the store and asked for a new coffee which I didn’t expect them to but I figured id ask. The manager on the phone was so quick to say they would replace it for free and he understands these things happen. As a busy working mom, whos quality of their morning depends on the quantity of caffeine she can intake, (lol) thank you. I just wanted to give him and his team credit for taking care of their community. This small act of kindness from this Caribou team, has made our days a little brighter. We can all learn to be kind and understanding like these folks. From a tired mom; thank you!

Repeated Issues at This Location – Extremely Disappointed
I’ve given this Caribou Coffee multiple chances over the past year, but the service and quality have consistently let me down. My most recent experience was the last straw.
I placed a mobile order for a Honey Lavender Latte, arrived after a reasonable time, and found my Lumberjack sandwich sitting on the counter—but no drink. The store appeared understaffed, with only one employee visible and over a dozen customers waiting. When I finally got my drink, it was completely wrong (see attached photo).
This is not the first time I’ve had issues here, and at this point, it feels deliberate. I don’t know if it’s poor training, lack of care, or something else, but I should not have to worry about my order being messed with every time I visit.
I won’t be returning to this location unless serious improvements are made. If you’re looking for consistent, quality service, I suggest going to another Caribou Coffee nearby.

I really enjoyed coming to this Caribou location. The coffee cooler was perfect and the breakfast sandwich was almost on par with a Dunn Brothers breakfast sandwich!
One of the employees was rude when I was ordering (a large older gentleman), but then both of the staff members were nice when I was leaving. I liked the way this Caribou was set up and it looked good too. It is one of the busier Caribou locations I have been to so a lot of the locals must like it too.

Instead of green eggs and ham, we got green chicjen and matcha cooler. Jk, hiwever, mini Glow chick stick likes the matches cooler and the techno music

At first I was just going to leave a review about how this particular location allows loitering and noise pollution but it turns out the customer service ended up being the worst part of my experience. I came in and ordered a tea and sat down to check work emails. There were 2 teenage boys there that were being ridiculously obnoxious with gas station food and drinks running around the place. After about 45 minutes I asked them if they were going to order anything. The girl working told me “they’re fine, unless they’re bothering you.” I expressed that I’m a paying customer and should be able to enjoy my tea in a relaxed atmosphere. She basically disregarded the fact that I was the customer and the kids were loitering, being obnoxious and hadn’t ordered a thing! It was then that she told me I was bothering THEM! What a joke. I guess this is what modern customer service looks like. Where we can no longer address a legitimate issue without being challenged by the new age status quo. I was not being disrespectful, I was not being discriminatory. I simply wanted to enjoy some downtime at the end of my day. When customers come in and place an order they should be offered an environment where they can relax and be treated with respect. I guess I’ll just go to Starbucks next time. They know how to treat people.

I used to love this location, but lately my drinks have been made consistently wrong. I think the workers need more training, and in the meantime I’d rather go to a different caribou that can successfully follow a recipe.
