I ordered on GrubHub. The driver texted me that when she got there they hadn’t even started my order. She texted me 15 minutes later and said that they told her it would be 10 more minutes. I gave her an extra tip for all the information and for waiting. It took a looooong time for us to finally get to eat.
When the food finally got here my pork sandwiches were pork chop burritos. They weren’t very good. The pork chop was tough and the tortilla was not cooked at all.
The $20 burger we ordered, bacon bleu cheese did not come with bacon. We ordered the patty medium and it was well done.
The fries and tots were okay, hence the 2 stars on the food.
This was disappointing, especially because it was $41.50 for the food (two pork sandwiches (burritos), burger, fries, and tots)
Our total ticket was $60.76.

Hands Down Great Hamburgers with that old School diner flare taste was on point to see the owner meet and greet customers with care was welcoming and warm. George and John’s Original Hamburgers is Home Grown 505 style food truck and definitely will reward those tastebuds !!!

This is the worst place to eat. The burgers were overcooked and sloppy. The ketchup and mustard bottles were open without caps, the flies were sitting on it. The forks and spoon caddy was disgusting, there was dirt and debris in there. It had no lids or coverings. Not a pretty site, especially for an outside diner place. I wish someone from the health department can come and see this place. They’ll probably get shut down on site.

Edited to add that the owner reached out to apologize for the quality. We went back to try them again and the 2nd time, the burgers were delicious! I only gave 4 stars because the fries and tater tots were super soggy.
Ordered 3 burgers through door dash after a very long day. All of the burgers were very over cooked, dry and flavorless. The few bites I had had to be washed down with water.
They were so bad my dog wasn’t interested after the piece I gave her. The bacon burgers had one tiny piece of burnt bacon under the dried out piece of overcooked cheese. The only way I found out there was bacon on them was when I pulled apart the hockey puck of a burger to give it to my dog because it was too horrible to eat myself. The bun was stale and burnt so it was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. Worst burger I’ve had EVER.

Had high hopes for this place, I prefer to go to small businesses. Several people recommended this place to me. But I won’t be returning anytime soon. Placed a large order to go, so couldn’t see the food until we got home.
Everything was overcooked, the fries were close to just being burnt and had that burnt taste to it. The burgers were dry and those that had cheese on them weren’t just caramelized but cooked to a crisp onto the dry burger.
If the food was better prepared I think the patties would have had a good taste to them and if the fries weren’t a dark brown almost black they would have been decent.
But for the cost of the food, I was very disappointed. Hope others have a better experience and who knows this could have just been a one off. But as I said before, I won’t be returning. Will be advising others looking for a place to eat an alternative instead of here.
