I had not been to this location in years but thought I’d give it another try since I was on that side of town. Got home was eating my breakfast burrito and almost ate a big (looks like fly) in mix with the eggs I don’t know if I ate another before hand but I don’t know why I look at my burrito and seen it there completely ruined my appetite…. Not to mention when I called the employee seemed very chill didn’t apologize anything at all she right away offered to give me my money back (I was going to ask for it anyway) but no sympathy at all. At least an “Oh no sorry that happened” but NOPE!

i was drinking an horchata and realized i had almost swallowed a bug so i spit it out and went back for a refund not knowing how much it was because they don’t give receipts. They “refunded” me $1.10 which was not the correct price #scammers. no apology was said.. save your money and go somewhere else trust

I feel the woman who waited on me needs improvement with her social skills. She gave me no eye contact nor a greeting. She just took my order and gave it to me. Maybe she had her plate full because I did notice she was handling both drive-thru and the walk-up window. Either social skills or hire another person for the walk-up window. The food, though, is excellent and tasty.

Staff generally seems disingenuous and unconcerned resulting in a highly noticable guest relations failure.
Food was served hot and fresh and bland, lacking in flavor intensity. Lag time from ordering to presentation was impressively fast.
Floors were sticky and trash cans were in obvious need of attention.
A serious lack of pride was on full display during my visit.
