In a recent app pick up order our burrito was quite literally half of what is served at other locations, and the bowl had a giant piece of gristly chicken skin. Upon contacting Chipotle for a refund the only solution they’d offer was a credit to use at the same location within 30 days – refused a refund and then just stopped responding to communications all together. Even on other visits our pickup orders are consistently wrong and/or missing items from this location

I recently ordered a steak bowl from Chipotle, and I was pretty disappointed with the portion size. The bowl came with only five small pieces of steak, which felt way too little for the price. The rest of the meal was mostly rice and beans, making it feel more like a filler than a satisfying meal. For a place known for hearty portions, this was definitely underwhelming. The quality was decent, but the lack of protein left me unsatisfied. Not sure I’ll be going back anytime soon unless they improve their portion sizes.

Decided to order online here for dinner. When I arrived, it was pretty packed so I expected my food to be delayed by a couple minutes. Surprisingly, my order was ready on time. Shoutout to the worker Blake as my burrito was wrapped perfectly and my wife said her bowl was amazing. We will be ordering from here again!

The line usually moves quickly, food has been pretty consistent. Part of the poor review is how awful the planning group did with the parking lot next to the high traffic Starbucks. Outdoor patio is nice to use during warmer days.

Strict policies on take out so order time is accurate… wait 30 minutes? Not a single customer in line and 4 employees stare at the take out guy working! Complete joke of food service and they said I didn’t understand. Portion sizes terrible. Should have looked at stars before ordering. Best they could do was give me a water cup and seat to wait.

The consistency of this location is truly awful. I live nearby and used this location extensively (78 times last 12 months according to the email I get), and I usually order the same thing for take out, so my sample size is pretty big. Last year they have all kinds of staffing and supply chain issues but the food was just fine for things are in stock, but this year the food itself go wrong more often than not. Sometimes my bowl gets piled high, and next time it’s half empty. Sometimes I only get what seems to be a single serving worth of protein option that I paid extra for double. Sometimes I only get a few onions slices for the Fajita Veggies, and sometimes an extra is just missing entirely, but at least it’s better than biting into huge chunks of raw red onions like last year. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me if you dine in since the staff are within your sight. App users like me have to talk to the chatbot to get fixed. I only complained in the app 3 times in total (out of the 78 orders, mind you) in the span of me opening the account, but it doesn’t seem that the chatbot is giving me freebies for compensation anymore. 🙂
Right now I’m chewing on what seems to be beef jerky (it’s steak but the texture really is jerky because it’s so dry), and I’ll leave you with a sad, thin Quesadilla (and half empty sides) from this location I ordered a few weeks ago. Two stars for *sometimes* making it right.

Burrito was good, fast service for how busy it was. Chips and salsa were awful. I’ve had my fair share of spicy salsa and chips from restaurants around the area and chipotles was barely edible.

Asked for extra lettuce on all bowls and still got less than the normal amount of lettuce. I don’t want to hold up a line just to get the bare minimum. Stop drizzling corn and lettuce like adding a dash of salt to a dish. It’s infuriating when hungry and just trying to get everyone their correct orders.
It seems every time I go to this location my orders get less and less food. This is not a one time thing.
If your inventory is low and managers aren’t restocking just say that.

Visited on 9/28/2025 at 7PM. Food was good but the place is dirty. Why do food places think customers want to eat at dirty tables? Staff acted put out that they had to wait on me, especially the big black lady. Her face and body language was very clear, I was making her work and she didn’t appreciate it.

0/5 This is on par with other reviewers. Why stay open til 11 if you’re going to stop making food? The last two times we’ve come at 9pm and they’re out of chicken and the rest of the food looks disgusting like they haven’t checked the temps or stirred it for hours. Last night we went in and half the steak we got was fatty, chewy and one piece they gave us was the size of our hand not cut up and gristly connective tissue. Luckily I ordered double meat because half of it was inedible. Not to mention the extra we paid for guacamole and it was a hard almost half piece of an avocado that wasn’t Mashable. Do they not train people here? I don’t love chipotle but man this is bottom of the barrel chipotle if you have time try to find another one you might get a smile there and also some food that is 3 stars instead of 0. For the prices they charge these days you’d think the quality would be there but not at this location. Around $17 for one bowl filled with a really disappointing pile of disgusting pieces of food. In addition I bet video documentation and pictures could be sent to the health department because they do not keep that place clean.
