I had a wonderful experience at Calibration Bakery. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and the food quality was truly a 10 out of 10. We indulged in the chicharon and pan de bonos, and they were absolutely delicious — easily some of the best-tasting appetizers we’ve had.

The homemade hot sauce was superior to others I’ve tried and paired perfectly with the chicharon and a squeeze of lime. It really elevated the flavors and made the experience even better.

Although we chose not to dine inside due to the parking area, indoor seating is available for customers who prefer to eat there. Overall, the flavors, freshness, and customer service made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

This bakery is an absolute disgrace. My order showed up 3 HOURS late, the food was ICE COLD like it had been sitting in a trash can all day. The dish that was supposed to come with eggs looked like someone had already eaten them, there was literally nothing there. I ordered two different types of bread and they sent me THE SAME ones, as if they can’t even read. And the drink? It NEVER arrived. No apology, no explanation, just pure incompetence.

This is beyond bad service…it’s robbery. They don’t give a damn about customers, and it feels like they’re mocking you. What a pathetic excuse for a business. Honestly, they should be shut down. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to get ripped off, pissed off, and left hungry.

Wonderful place to eat. Haven’t been to Colombia in a few years so since I was in town I had to stop by here. The juices are super natural and feels like you’re eating it instead drinking it. Will make this a regular spot I go to next time I’m down here.

Extremely disappointed in this place. I ordered the Sancocho de costilla and agua de panela con limón. I was really excited until I taste it. The worst soup I have ever had, lots of grease/fat on top and horrible taste. Only good thing about the whole meal was the rice. The agua de panela tastes like Minute Maid lemonade with a shady color. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this place again.

It’s a little dockside shanty vibe restaurant with great menu items and decor. The staff is attentive and the people or “the regulars” are charming

The food from this place is terrible. I ordered a “bandeja paisa” and grilled chicken. I was terribly disappointed. The food looks and taste old. Whatever they call ground meat looks and tastes like saw dust. The chicharrones were the size of fingers. Not a single item had salt or pepper. The chicken was extremely dry and without flavor. Just a terrible experience.

I ordered the sancocho through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The soup arrived cold—as if it had been cooked the day before and just taken out of the fridge. It didn’t seem freshly made at all, and that completely took away from the flavor and experience. I was really expecting a warm, hearty, homemade meal, but instead, I got something that felt rushed and reheated. Definitely not what I paid for.

One of the best Colombian spots in Hialeah. The food is always on point, the service is always good. It’s also friendly on the pockets, not expensive.

Ordered through uber eats. The meat for the soup was hard, one platano, and a raw potato. Mostly caldo. The beef empanadas was filled with paste meat. The rice tasted old. The only 2 good things from my order the cafe con leche and OJ. $42 meal w tip and fees thrown in the garbage.
