I had to come back and get some food remade last night. I had an older fella who served me the second time was kind enough to give me a refund and replace my food, he even stopped what he was doing and made it himself, was extremely understanding and kind! The problem was never that they messed the food up it’s how they react to messing it up, what they do about it. They did great! Super sweet but super overwhelmed staff! Food was all delicious!

It ain’t mommas fried chicken, but it was great. People working treated me well and seemed to be trying the best they could to make my visit pleasant and timely. I believe if I would have had an issue I could have spoken with the manager and would have been treated fair and respectful. Ty kfc wabash crew food looked and tasted great

I get that this is fast food- but when I drove through for just some mashed potatoes for my kiddos (while they’re all hootin’ and hollerin’ in the back seat), the gentleman at the window was so sweet and thoughtful. We just had a nice little conversation waiting on the potatoes. Thank you for making the experience pleasant!

In the evening the service is slow. I assume due to the influx of people arriving for dinner, but there is an evident lack of preparation that leads to some dinners being without service for some time. Understandable though not exemplary.
