Wife and I stopped here while passing through on a motorcycle trip. We each had a side salad and we shared the perch dinner with tots. The salads were fine, just your basic iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, radish and shredded cheese. The tots were good. The perch however was not good at all. Soggy, not firm and lacking flavor. I’ve had plenty of fried perch platters and this was by far the worst. Service was good. Vibe is old people. Unfortunately I can’t recommend.

We had an awesome experience at Rita’s Restaurant in Edgerton! The food was fantastic — the ribs were tender and literally fell right off the bone, packed with flavor. My wife ordered an omelette that was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, and the management couldn’t have been friendlier. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
If you’re anywhere near Edgerton, do yourself a favor and stop in at Rita’s — you won’t be disappointed!

Beyond disappointing. We had to practically beg for service. We had to ask for menus, ask to order, waited over 10 minutes for drinks and over 30 minutes for food. When we talked to the owner he didn’t apologize just made excuses. Our server barely acknowledged us. We watched diners get their food before us who came in 20-30 minutes after us. Other people got up and left which we would have done had we not already ordered.

Staff was friendly, place was very clean, we chose where we sat, and the food was good just not very big portions. The chilli was fantastic!! Fish, shrimp, sweet tater fries, salad, soup was all fantastic. Crab cakes were frozen I’d say n that didn’t taste the best but everything else was great, fresh n hot. Can’t give enough credit to that chilli though, it was amazing!!!

We had the fish and homemade pie. Everything was hot and delicious. The service couldn’t have been better or more welcoming. We plan on bringing our friends next time. I didn’t know there could be so many pie selections in one place. We had the chocolate peanut butter and French cream. Just wonderful.

We stopped in just before dinner rush for the delicious pie. Each of us chose something different so we could sample both. We had lemon meringue and Butterscotch with a cup of coffee. The lemon was by far my favorite, but the butterscotch was equally as delicious. Whoever made them has the magic touch. Our bill was $20 with tip. A large group came in as we were leaving so the waitresses were busy getting them settled as we left. We just left the money on the bill. We had a schedule to keep.
