Mt peppermint mocha frap did not taste good at all. It actually tasted bad. Had to throw it out. The taste is never consistent, but this was bad.

Wow, not very nice people. No, hello or how can I help you. I even tried to tip the guy, and he pulled his jar as if I was going to take it. I felt as if he was thinking I was going to steal his tips. Definitely felt discriminated. Then, a few white girls came in, and he was very nice to the group.

Barista’s asked for my name to write on my order did not call it out loud enough when it was ready enough to hear to with all the other people there. In addition, I ordered bacon egg bites and I ended up with egg whites. One of the four didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic about their job.

Had a terrible experience at this location today. A barista who was at the register at around 8:30 am, treated my wife and 4-year-old daughter with complete disrespect. My wife was teaching our daughter to count using dollar bills, and the barista not only had a rude attitude but even attempted to grab the money from my child’s hands to put it in the tip jar, making her visibly nervous. To top it off, they made our drink with bad manners and didn’t even prepare it as ordered. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Every time I order a venti Iced Hazelnut drink or the Iced Brown Suger espresso and take my venti Starbucks personal cup. They make it an inch or more short.

This entire drink is coconut milk. Little to No strawberry acai. I have no idea how y’all can mess up this drink. SERIOUSLY! You can teach a toddler how to properly make this drink and they can do it better than your batista at this location! I think I’m done giving Starbucks my money. Quality control for people on the go is obsolete! Barista’s don’t deserve a union to fight for jobs they don’t care to keep.
