Service is terrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR A DRIVE THRU PICK UP!! Because when your order gets into your hands they do not want to accept their mistake. Placed a mobile order for 1/2 dozen, though there was an option for 1/2 dozen variety, I specifically selected the type of donuts I wants, I perfectly understand if what I ordered is not available, I should have been given the decision to decide if I want what is available or not, I was at the window when my order was being picked up but I was asked anything, maybe because I am black so I have no options and when I called I was told the donuts are from July 4th and that is all they have and I should accept it. Can we please stop filling drinks only half way?
Ordered a large, got home to find it a little more than half the cup. Has happened numerous times. I usually go back, but now I don’t bother anymore, as it’s a pain to leave the house and go back.
Along with putting donuts with frosting upside down in the bag… another pet peeve!

This Dunkin’ Donuts has really gone downhill more recently. They’re only as busy as they are because they are open 24hrs and have a drive-thru in a convenient location. Many employees need to be re-trained on how to make drinks correctly and to company recipe, because more times than not- what you order is missing something it’s supposed to have, like drizzle etc, it wasn’t made correctly, or it’s gross. Or maybe you take a sip and get some little specks of spoiled milk in a cold brew you ordered knowing it’s pretty hard to mess up pouring some over a cup of ice, but alas- another drink that went down the drain. I don’t recall this location ever being even close to this consistently disappointing as it has been this summer.

I’ve been ordering matcha lattes from Dunkin Donuts for years but will never again go to this location. What I got was a cup full of milk with a slight green tint. The last photo is what they’re supposed to look like…and did when I ordered them in the past. If this is the store owner’s cost savings scheme I’m not willing to fund it. To my knowledge employees are given strict measurements to use when preparing things so in no way do I blame them. I just expect to receive what I paid for.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts this evening, ordered a large iced coffee, a breakfast sandwich and asked for a pup cup for my dog who was in the car with me as the gentleman walked over to get the pup cup. Another employee walked over, opened the window and told me that they can’t give me a pup cup. I would have to pay one dollar for that I have visited so many Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks anywhere and I’ve never had that happen. I think that is despicable and he was incredibly rude, and as I drove off, I heard him make a racial comment, which made it even worse. I will be calling the owner of this establishment.
