I was stopping into this location because they have a new location going up on 441 and 250. The new location isn’t open yet but I wanted to stop in and see how the new Byrne dairy looks. It’s laid out. Very nice. Had lots of choices. Food look fresh pizza donuts sandwiches. Lots of stuff to choose from. Had some tables you could eat your stuff on had restrooms. They were clean. All in all, a pretty nice place. Most of the employees look very happy to be there. They were very nice and greeted me with enthusiasm. Told me to have a great day. All in all a, good experience.

Called ahead to have subs and sandwiches made. When we arrived, we were told that corned beef wasn’t available for a Reuben. Chips were supposed to be included with the subs that particular day and we were told they were out when questioned on it. Everyone we dealt with were completely rude. The person whom I am guessing was the manager was on here phone the entire time and even snapped pictures when we started to complain
Every other Burne Dairy we have been to, the staff has been very friendly and actually had anything and everything we wanted. I wouldn’t set foot in the ER Byrne Dairy if they paid me.

Got the Turkey sub.
They use the cheapest Meat.
The roll was overwhelming more than other ingredients. And not a good roll.
It was good size for $10.

Consistently poor service at the sandwich counter. On multiple visits, staff ignored me completely—once I had to ask at the register just to get someone to help, and was met with eye rolling and attitude. Today, two employees stood around and refused to acknowledge me while I waited at the counter. I ended up leaving. This location clearly lacks basic customer service and respect.
