My friend and I came across this place while searching for a good smash burger in the Vaughan area and decided to give it a try!
Upon coming here, we were greeted by the friendly staff and lined up to have our orders taken. I got the double smash burger along with a side traditional poutine and my friend got the single smash burger with a pulled pork poutine. Finding a table for 2 afterwards was easy enough as there were a few empty ones remaining.
The burgers themselves were delicious, the patties were cooked well, with crispy edges and very juicy. The regular toppings that the burgers come with also work very well in terms of enhancing the taste. The poutines were also top notch and although the traditional one I got was a delicious classic, I wish that I also got the pulled pork one. I definitely recommend that one!
Overall our experience was great here, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, the service is great and food served is delicious and of good quality. I didn’t know that this place had a wider varieties of sandwiches on their menu and the next time I come by for a bite, I look forward to trying out the beef brisket sandwich!

My friend and I passed by here for a late lunch, it was both our first times. I originally thought it was a burger joint, but was happy to see they had other options on the menu. I ended up ordering the Montreal smoked meat sandwich with a side of poutine. The Montreal smoked meat was okay, it was a little fattier than I expected. I didn’t even eat the whole sandwich, which was upsetting because I typically love Montreal smoked meat. The poutine was okay, I found the gravy way too watery.. I guess it’s just an au jus? The cheese curds weren’t the best, especially when you’re used to Quebec cheese curds. I’d probably come back and try something else on the menu, since the cubano looks like it would be good. It is a bit pricey, this meal plus a drink was around $40.

Visited Smoked & Smashed for lunch with my coworkers and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered the chicken sandwich, brisket sandwich, and smoked meat sandwich; everything was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great place to grab a quality meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Was looking for a good sandwich for lunch. Came across this place on TikTok and definitely had to check it out. There was plenty of parking when arriving. The place had some seating inside and quit a few tables has customer at them already. A young girl took our order, she was polite and quick. They give you a little beeper that vibrated and blinks when your food is finished. We ordered the Cubano and the Brisket sandwich with a side of fries . The Cuban was huge , great portions of meat and a good coleslaw on it. I don’t like a soggy sandwich or coleslaw. This was neither of those things. The brisket sandwich was so tender and juicy. The fries were good also.

Great food all around – the brisket sandwich, poutine, and smashed burger were very good, and the menu is solid. Service was a bit off on our first visit: not rude, but curt and not very helpful, as we didn’t learn about burger options until the food arrived. Options were on the package. Hopefully just an off day, because the food is worth it.

Hard to find bbq gems like these in the GTA but we got a banger here in this one. Portions are phenomenal and justify the price for me. It is a bit steep but you get what you pay for because the quality and love is in the food you get.
Loved the bbq but the poutine and the sandwiches shined for me.
Plenty of room, seating and parking but just make sure to check their hours and come early.

I normally like my poutine with just gravy and curds. However since the sandwich and poutine were so pricey I got the smoked meat poutine. Had a very large amount of smoked meat. Poutine was amazing. It was $22 tax in but only finished half.
Microwaved the rest later at home and was still awesome. For an industrial unit in an industrial area it was busy on a Saturday. Wasn’t hard to find a seat but budget 15 min + for food to come out.
Right when you walk in you get a good sniff of this place and how good it is.

We came in just 4 minutes before closing by accident, but the cashier couldn’t have been more welcoming. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all had a nice small chat, which we really appreciated. The burger was amazing juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The fries were fresh and crispy too. The vibe of the place is amazing to sit and eat at. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the other items on the menu. Highly recommend this place!

This was our 1st visit and it was off the charts good. We live 1 hour away and it’s been on our list for a long time. We finally detoured on our way to Barrie.
We ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat and Beef Brisket sandwich upsized to the Smashed version with double meat and 1 French fry.
I grew up in Montreal and have to say this was the best Smoked Meat sandwich I’ve found in the GTA.
The beef brisket sandwich was also next level amazing. I have a smoker at home and have visited a lot of US based BBQ joints. The brisket is the real deal. It melts in your mouth. I joked it could be eaten without your dentures in. The bark on the beef is perfect, the smoke isn’t over powering, the slaw and bun don’t overpower the sandwich and are just right.
Lastly, the fries are the perfect accompaniment to the sandwiches. Fresh cut, not too crispy and great flavour.
The restaurant is very clean, modern and the service was prompt and friendly. We were there around 2pm. It wasn’t too busy and the order was ready in less than 10 minutes.
If I lived closer I’d be a regular now that I found it. It will be a detour anytime I’m passing by on Hwy 400 or 407. Highly recommend.
