Let me start by saying Haven’t had penn station in years. I looked forward to it.
Granted I ordered through door dash. But I remember when I could get a good amount of fries whenever I order some. I ordered a small fry and received a small handful. Not even filled to the top felt like it was treated as just another order and fries were super cold. For fries to cost 5 dollars and only get so little is crazy.
Also the door dash came in a sealed bag so wasn’t the dasher.

I don’t always get penn station and this happened to be one of the times that reminded me why it’s not my first choice of sub places. I asked for extra everything and got none of the extra I asked for. I paid for a large fry and they didn’t even fill the cup up half way. I assumed they charged me for it but still gave me mostly bread. The two co workers were arguing and I assume that made a drop in the quality of my food. Definitely pissed me off this time.

The service by Mya is outstanding. She was friendly and welcoming the second I walked through the door. She is the reason this place received any stars. I ordered a Caesar Wrap and got almost NO lettuce. It looked nothing even remotely close to a wrap. I was highly disappointed. The Fries were fresh. The wrap and a small order of fries came to $14.39 and they literally skimped out on the lettuce?

I have tried to mobile order twice from this location recently and each time it will charge my card once, even twice previously and sit on my card as pending transactions but the orders won’t go through the system. The pending charges will not settle for over a week and they will refuse to let you get your food and offer no help with said issue.
Today I went in with the same issue, a young female manager refused to help at all even as I told her I couldn’t retry it due to not having gotten paid until this coming week and it would decline. So if you want to avoid a ton of pending charges on your card that won’t drop off for weeks, don’t bother trying to order from here. The staff refuse to help and even catch an attitude when brought to their attention.
As someone who worked in food service as a manager for over 6 years, the service here is truly miserable and awful. Don’t waste your time or money.

Should have known when I walked in another customer was complaining about their food.
Stubborn me went on to order anyways. I paid $53 for my order that took them 25 min to make with only 1 customer in front of me.
While the guy was making my food the customer in front of me went to him and complained about her fries being hard and cold.
The guy making the food got upset then walked off towards the back of the store and got on his phone and spoke with someone. I overheard him mention that he was upset because the fry machine was broke.
When he returned to his food station he started to pull frozen fries from a freezer under the table. When he grabbed the fries out the back they spilled on the steam table and he got upset and starting throwing those fries on the floor. At this point I debated getting a return.
I will never visit this location again. My food was nasty and my sandwich was cold

Whoever is working doesn’t know how to read a Togo ticket. Adding ingredients doesn’t mean you don’t add everything that already comes on the sandwich unless it says to take them off. It’s really not that hard. Fries were cold and burnt, paid for a medium lemonade it came in a water cup. Paid for a cookie got a small child’s cookie. When I called the person answered “hello?” Like he was answering the phone at his house. Clearly unprofessional and untrained staff.

Does this look like a $17.00 meal? The blonde with a small neck tattoo just threw the sandwich in the bag on top of the fries. She didn’t even wrap it. The sandwich was sticking out of the bag The sandwich was overcooked, dry, and the fries were soggy and raw/undercooked. I got nothing against the employees but if you don’t like your job, just find another one. Worst Penn Station experience I ever had. For the best experience go to Penn Station across Costco on Bardstown road.

Restaurant was not clean! Trash on floor in kitchen area. Tables were not clean. Bread just sitting out and not covered. My friend ordered Philly cheese steak Sandwich. It was very very greasy. Fries were cold and not alot in cup. Fountain drinks were not clean and very diluted. Workers were dressed in pajama pants. The workers were very friendly and nice.

Online ordered Philly cheesecakes on multi grain bread, mushrooms, onions, mayo, Swiss cheese on 1 and provolone on another. Sad sandwiches, didn’t follow any instructions. First and most likely Last experience at that location. They weren’t busy so why couldn’t somebody pay attention and get the order… Edit: And there was a hair in 1 if the sandwiches.
