We wanted some authentic Halal BBQ. Coming from Chicago we wanted the real experience. We weren’t disappointed. We asked the owner to give us a variety of favorites. My family and I don’t like sweet sauce and asked if he had options, their spicy sauce was awesome, great kick to it. I highly recommend it.

After dinner I was happened to be in this area and saw Smoked n Chopped and got super excited to see them back. I used to get briskets all the time when they were on highway six in a food truck.
I am happy that they are back, bigger and better. As I was already had dinner i decided to get 1/2 pound of beef briskets (it comes with white bread and BBQ sauce) which was super delicious and awesome. I love it. I was happy to eat them again after so many years.
Will visit this place again and I recommend everyone to try this place out.

Amazing food with amazing customer service. My friends and I tried this place because he eats halal and I wanted him to experience Texas BBQ. We got the sliced brisket, chopped beef, and chopped chicken. They were all very good, and flavorful. I recommend getting the spicy option, as it was the perfect kick for some good bbq. On top of the amazing food, the owner was very nice when we ordered and tried his best to accommodate us during the wait for the food, which was very short too. I highly recommend this place for anyone to try.

Fantastic! Delicious! Brisket practically melted in your mouth! BBQ sauce was amazing.
Dare I say, it was better than Killens?! I’ve eaten at various BBQ places around town and this was crazy good. The flavor was spot on and not over powering.
Wish they had Mac n cheese or green beans.

Best authentic Texan and BBQ dishes that you can’t find anywhere else. This is a self service restaurant but the owner and staff is very generous and polite. It’s located in the Stafford area close to Dulles middle school. The same shopping center where Cillie’s cake is, the location is okay. I would highly recommend this place for their authentic taste in Briskets, Ribs, and Creamy Corn.

The brisket, beef rib and chopped chicken were delicious. Melt off the bone, finger-licking good. The creamed corn is my favorite side. So glad to finally have a place like this in Southwest Houston!

Bob West and his team have opened a first class HALAL BBQ that rivals the Texas favorites. No joke, versus Pinkerton, Franklin and Killians. The high quality meat is immediately realized when you take your first bite. They recently moved from a food truck to a restaurant, which I’ve frequented for a bite. They also cater large orders and Br Bob helped us cater a wedding party. We ordered the brisket (a must), chopped chicken and sausage. Perfect for an alternative to a Desi or mid Eastern menu for large gatherings. I will definitely order again for a large gathering or party and you should too.
